Lu Xinghua, A City People's Representitive from Dehui City, Jilin Province Died from Brutal Force-Feeding

(Clearwisdom.net) Lu Xinghua, a People's representitive from Dehui City, Jilin Province, was sent to the Detention Center of the Dehui Public Security Bureau on March 6th, 2000. On March 8th, she suffered from brutal force-feeding. She died on March 9^th due to complications from the force-feeding, and the lack of medical attention.

Lu Xinghua, female, was the Women's Director of Tuanlinzi Section of Chaoyang Town in Dehui City, Jilin Province. She was also a people's representitive from Dehui City, a "March 8th Flag Holder" [a female model worker], and "an Outstanding Party Member."

She started to practice Falun Gong in 1997, and benefited from the practice both physically and mentally.

Since July 20th, 1999, Jiang Zemin and his group have used their power to persecute Falun Gong. In order to clarify the truth, Falun Dafa practitioner Lu Xinghua and her husband went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong on March 3rd, 2000. They were captured and escorted back to their local Public Security Bureau.

The local officials used despicable tricks to get the Dafa practitioner to waver in her righteous thoughts. They tried to force her to give up the practice. They told her that as long as she said she would not go to Beijing to appeal, she could keep her titles of "Women's Director," "Deputy to the People's Congress" and "March 8th Flag Holder." Otherwise, she would be dismissed from all posts, and discharged from the Party. However, Lu Xinghua upheld the truth and refused to tell a lie. Therefore, she was illegally sent to the detention center. She started a hunger strike to protest the illegal detention. On March 8th, the detention center started to torture her through "force-feeding." She was held down and a tube was inserted through her nose. After Lu Xinghua was sent back to her cell, she said some of her organs may have been damaged by the insertion, and she felt a lot of pain. Then her right shoulder started to hurt and she started to have a high fever.

On the morning of March 9th, we reported the situation to the warden. The warden said in a most inhumane way: "If she dies, then she can be carried out." It was about 5:00 P.M. on the afternoon of March 9th when the detention center doctor came to give her an intravenous drip. At that time, Lu's whole body was in spasms and she felt extreme pain. Her fever was as high as 42 degrees Celsius. She was then hurriedly sent to the hospital. Because of the delay, Lu Xinghua, a Falun Dafa practitioner who remained faithful and unyielding in her belief, died around 8:00P.M. on the same day.

This is an example of what Jiang Zemin, who was rated by Amnesty International as "a human rights scoundrel" refers to as "the best human rights period in China's history." Jiang Zemin and his accomplices persecute Dafa, using despotic rule and power. They have accumulated heavy debts. Both human beings and gods are indignant. What is waiting for them is the complete destruction of their lives. "Good will be rewarded with good, and evil will meet with evil." This is a heavenly principle.

I'm Lu Xinghua's husband. I went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong with my wife on March 3, 2000. We were captured by the Beijing police, and escorted back to Dehui City Public Security Bureau. Then we were put into detention on the 6^thof March. To protest the illegal treatment, Lu Xinghua started to hold a hunger strike. In the afternoon of March 8th, those who were on hunger strike were tortured by force-feedings. In the afternoon of the 9th, the deputy director of the detention center called me over. He told me that Lu was sick and had been sent to a hospital (she was carried out). He asked me to take care of her. When I arrived at the hospital, she was having a hard time breathing. About ten minutes later, the doctor declared that she was dead. Ever since Lu started to practice Falun Gong, over two years ago, she had never caught a disease and was always very healthy. Why did she die after the force feeding? Didn't the force feeding cause her death?

As a family member of the victim, I demand that the murderers be punished. As a practitioner, I know the day will soon come when the Fa rectifies the human world.
