Practitioners Spread the Fa and Clarify the Truth at Church

In American society, most people grow up with a close relation to churches. Beginning with children's Sunday school, church activities are an important aspect of American social life. Two weeks ago, an American asked us, "Could you come to our community church to introduce traditional Chinese culture to our children?" We answered yes to him, reminding ourselves that we must introduce Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance and Falun Dafa to them.

On the morning of September 30, 4 adult practitioners with 6 young practitioners came to Decatur City Community Church and introduced Falun Dafa to over 100 Sunday school children.

We used the language children could understand to tell them about Falun Gong and Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance, as well as the truth of the persecution of Falun Gong in China.

After our introduction, the teacher said to the children, "Do you hear what is happening in China? The children and their parents sacrifice so much for their freedom of beliefs. You should pray for their happiness."

Then the young practitioners started to demonstrate the set of five exercises. The children and their parents all followed and learned as well. When the exercise demonstration was over, all the children and their parents asked for an instruction tape and invited us to come back. Afterwards the church director helped us set up a table at the entrance and asked us to distribute Dafa flyers to churchgoers.

We were then invited to the church where 500 to 600 adults were attending the service. They asked us to tell about the Chinese government's persecution of religious beliefs. After we finished, everyone stood up and prayed. They asked God to help the Chinese people obtain freedom to believe Zhen-Shan-Ren and eliminate the evil force that persecutes Falun Gong.

While they were praying, we sent forth righteous thoughts. Hearing these kind people using their languages to show their compassionate hearts and common understanding of the cosmic principle, Zhen-Shan-Ren, we felt the magnificence and compassion of Dafa. We felt that Teacher's gong and benevolence are offering salvation to all beings and overcoming all differences of nationalities, cultures and religions.
