"What is the use of writing a guarantee? It can't change people's heart"

One day, I was clarifying the truth to a female employee who worked for the same unit as I. She asked me a lot of questions. After she knew the truth, she asked me, "What is the reason for your being fired? Is it that you adhere to Falun Gong practice and never make compromises?" I nodded. She said: "I know nothing, but you, a practitioner, are the best person in our unit. There's no one that can equal you. I'm annoyed by the formalism of the XX party. What is the use of writing a guarantee? It can't change people's heart."

My elder cousin is an aged party member and works at the government department. She was very superstitious about the XX party. She used to blame me. When I gave her the literature that clarified the true facts of the persecution of Dafa, she always said I was silly and insensible and sneered at me. She even blamed me for being against the government and threatened to report me. But I kept on clarifying the truth to her and sending her documents of truth clarification. After she knew the truth, she changed her opinion, little by little. One day, she said, while thinking, "Maybe you are right. Persevere in your belief! I'm looking forward to the day you succeed."

After I was fired from work because I persisted on practicing Dafa, my deceived leaders and colleagues tried to persuade me every day. Then I clarified the truth to them. One day, while I was talking with a young director, she said, "I didn't believe in Falun Gong before. But you are so firm, that I think it must be not a common way of practice."
