(Clearwisdom.net) In a county of North China lives a couple who are both Dafa practitioners. The wife was labeled as a "crazy person" when she was a child, because she was known to repeatedly express her desire to "look for Teacher." In 1998, the husband obtained the Fa. When he read the Dafa book to her, she immediately exclaimed, "Now I have found my Teacher!"

In March of 2000, she went to Beijing to safeguard Dafa and was arrested and sent back to her hometown for detention. When the police tortured her, she would constantly repeat, "Falun Dafa is good, Falun Dafa is righteous." The torture badly injured her; she lost both front teeth and lost control of her bladder and bowels. Under such horrendous terror, she did not have any fear and continued to praise Dafa in public. At the end, the police released her saying she was "insane."

Before the Chinese New Year 2000, several police officers came to arrest her husband in his family courtyard. He climbed on top of his house and yelled at the top of his lungs, "My fellow villagers, please come to help me. Stop the bad people from arresting good citizens in broad daylight." The policemen couldn't do anything and were helpless. At this time many villagers arrived. The practitioner took this opportunity to tell everyone how Falun Dafa saved his family and also told the truth about the Tiananmen Square "self-immolation" incident. Several hundred people from his and neighboring villages witnessed this and they were all deeply moved. From 7 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. during the four-hour standoff, he stayed on the roof. Finally, the evil policemen left.

One night, at 2:00 a.m. in March of 2001, several policemen broke into his house and took him away. In prison he came to realize that he did not belong there. One day his opportunity came, and he jumped over a four-meter-tall wall. [about 12 feet] After jumping over three such walls effortlessly, he escaped. In vain, the police chased after him for several miles. From then on he could not go home anymore, but he doubled his determination to validate Dafa, clarify the truth and expose the evil. He now travels to many villages and townships and takes the truth wherever he goes.
