[Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Practitioners Post Solemn Declarations in Public Areas to Validate Dafa and Expose the Evil
During July and August this year, the evil forces took advantage of the attachments of practitioners Li Yan, Li Jing and Zhong Minyi from Huangpu District in Guangzhou City. Under vicious persecution, these practitioners not only left stains in their cultivation, but also brought losses to Dafa. In order to redeem their mistakes, they tried to find other practitioners tohelp to post their solemn declarations on Clearwisdom.net. As they could not find a practitioner who could access the Internet, they wrote the solemn declarations on posters with large characters and posted them in their residential buildings, local supermarkets and other public areas. They told people the truth of the persecution they experienced. In this way, they exposed the evil's criminal acts. Now they have to live away from home to escape further persecution.

Recently, a lot of Dafa signs appeared on more than 30 streets in a city in Southwest China. They read, "To Treasure Buddha Fa is to Cherish Your Life" and "Dafa is Indestructible." They also revealed the truth of the persecution and the retributions the evil has received. Practitioners' courage effectively shocked the vicious forces. As the cases of receiving retribution from tearing down Dafa signs are increasing, a lot of signs stayed up for a longer time. Some signs have been posted for two months. People are awakening. The evil can no longer cover up the truth or deceive the public.
[Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Jinzhou District Police Openly Kidnap Practitioner from Home
At 3 p.m. on October 12, 2001, police from the local political security department forcibly took practitioner Li Xuan away from her home in Jinzhou District of Dalian City. When her mother came back home, Li Xuan opened the door. At the moment, three plainclothes policemen who had been hiding at the entrance to the building for a long time took this opportunity and rushed into her home. They did not show her any certificates nor did they tell who they were. They took away Li Xuan under the excuse of "investigation." They also took her Simons cellular phone away. Afterwards, when her family asked for it, they did not admit that they took it. Now, Li Xuan is illegally detained in Jinzhou District Sanli Detention Center. Her parents have no way to appeal for their daughter.
[Tianjin City] Practitioners Launch a Hunger Strike to Protest the Persecution in Shuangkou Labor Camp
It was said that dozens of practitioners went on a hunger strike to protest their illegal overdue detention and persecution in Shuangkou Labor Camp. It has lasted over one month. In a meeting, because they were afraid that practitioners would expose their evil deeds, the vicious police stuffed the mouths of practitioners Han Yade and Tang Jian and taped their mouths to keep them from speaking.
Now some practitioners are at their last gasp of breath and emaciated due to the hunger strike and persecution. We hope that all practitioners who know this information send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil.
[Tianjin City] Practitioners' Righteous Actions Shock the Evil
Officials in Tianjin City Shuangkou Labor Camp aggravated the persecution of practitioners. They sent four practitioners including Zhou Xiangyang and Li Liang to Ji County Labor Camp, which is notorious for beating practitioners to death without taking any responsibility. They handcuffed and shackled the practitioners because they deeply feared the practitioners. However, the practitioners completely negated the evil arrangement. Zhou Xiangyang and Li Liang held the hand gesture Heshi [pressing palms together in peaceful greeting inspite of hands being handcuffed] to all other practitioners and ignored the evil forces. Their righteous and inspiring, and scorn for the vicious forces, has greatly encouraged other practitioners and dismayed the evil. Even the criminals and policemen in the detention center admired them.

On October 14, 2001, more than 20 practitioners in Team 1, Jiutai Detention Center collectively took off their criminal uniforms and started a hunger strike to protest the illegal detention. The police guards forcibly shaved their heads bald and ordered two common criminals to closely monitor one practitioner. Nevertheless, practitioners continued their hunger strike. The next morning, more than 20 practitioners in Team 2 also took off their criminal uniforms and started a hunger strike successively. But the criminals and guards forcibly pulled them out to the construction site. The guard ordered the criminals to tie the criminal uniforms to the practitioners' bodies. What's worse, they pushed practitioners to the ground and ordered the criminals to torture them.
[Tanggu City, Tianjin City] Police's Crimes: Kidnapping and Robbing Dafa Practitioners
In September, the police from the Tanggu Police Station arrested two elderly persons who firmly practiced Falun Gong. They also confiscated their bankbooks, their pension certificates and other personal belongings. Now these two practitioners are illegally being detained at the Tanggu Police Station Detention Center.

Recently, it was disclosed by the officials in charge of financial affairs from Shuangqiaozi Street Office that the unemployment insurance and pension of practitioners who are in detention have been secretly divided up after being embezzled by the vicious officials in the office.
Recently, the street office suddenly asked each practitioner to submit 500 Yuan for the expenses of a brainwashing class held in March. When the brainwashing class went broke at that time, the office announced that it would not collect any money from practitioners. Now, half a year later, they suddenly collected the fee. The financial staff said the 5,000 Yuan collected from practitioners has never been deposited into the account. Some evil heads in the office have already divided the money among themselves.

Since last September, the City Political and Judiciary Committee escalated the persecution of practitioners. They employed the militiamen in all counties and towns to cooperate with the police station to monitor, follow and arrest practitioners. They searched and confiscated practitioners' homes. They beat the practitioners who spread Dafa truth-clarifying materials. They handcuffed practitioners and shocked them with electric batons, kicked them with leather boots, slapped their faces while seizing their necks, searched their bodies, abused and cursed them. The practitioners who are illegally detained are not allowed to drink, eat or take baths, and they are forced to do heavy labor. The relatives of the practitioners are not allowed to bring in food. In addition, they have to submit 50 to 100 Yuan if they want to come and visit practitioners. A female practitioner who came from another city was arrested during midnight. The ruffians forcibly searched her and confiscated her watch and money. They also threatened to put her into the male jail cells, where the male criminals could do whatever they wanted. They are indeed very vicious.

One day, when a female practitioner was tearing down a Dafa-slandering propaganda picture posted in a residential area, she sent forth righteous thoughts so that nobody should see her. After ripping the picture down, while she was pushing her bike on her way home, she saw a man walking directly towards her. At the moment he almost ran into her, she shouted, "Watch out!" The man was shocked and said, "I am sorry, I didn't see you." The practitioner suddenly remembered that she had sent forth righteous thoughts and that's the reason this man couldn't see or hear her. She was enlightened that Master was telling her to believe in her own righteous thoughts.
[Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Vile Persons in Guangzhou City
Li Xuezhen, director of the Political Committee of Chatou Labor Camp, was in charge of brainwashing practitioners. She racked her brains to persecute practitioners. For example, she didn't allow practitioners to sleep, and viciously slandered Dafa and Master. Recently (in September) she is no longer directly in charge of persecuting Falun Gong because practitioners collectively conducted a strike to protest her illegal vicious actions.
Huang Yu, former instructor of No.3 Team, is an extremely cruel and merciless person. He (or she) has been directly involved in all the persecution cases of practitioners. He completely lost his senses and cursed and persecuted practitioners with vicious means at will. He once said in public, "XX Party doesn't advocate settling accounts with you, but I myself will settle accounts with you, Falun Gong!" He is now transferred to No. 1 Team but his rank remains the same.
Zheng Haiyan, leader of the Dedicated Team, is the main criminal who persecuted practitioners. She has been directly participating in the persecution and is still in the position now.
The guards including Lu Ping, Chen Ailian, and Zhang Yuqing have all participated in the persecution towards practitioners to different extent.
[China] Clarify the Truth with the Most Compassionate Righteous Thoughts
After sending out a lot of truth-clarifying mail, I received a reply asking, "What does Falun Gong have to do with me?" I asked myself, "Why can't my compassion move her heart?"
Master wrote in No Politics regarding clarifying the truth, "...its ultimate purpose is to save the people in this world." After reading it, I suddenly enlightened that all my efforts were only to clarify the wrongdoing done to practitioners, only to let the people of the world sympathize with practitioners, only for my self-improvement and consummation, only for wanting to end the tribulation sooner, etc. There was an "ego" in my subconscious, and I didn't take lightly my "self." This way, what I did might have some good effects, but it wasn't based on the ultimate purpose of saving the people in the world. Therefore, the thoughts weren't the truest and purest, hence it couldn't move people from the most microscopic level.
Let's send forth our most compassionate righteous thoughts and enlighten to the virtuous enlightenment of selflessness and altruism in the progress of exposing the evil and clarifying the truth.
