Hao Feng, male, 37, deputy director of the Detention Center of Chaoyang County, Liaoning Province, was notorious for torturing Dafa practitioners. He always carried an electric baton in his hand. Not long ago, he died in a car accident in the Yang Mountain area. The locals say that it was the result of persecuting good people and retribution in this lifetime.

Wang Zhaoqin, party secretary of Damiao Village, Taoxu Township, Mengyin County, Shandong Province, looked upon Dafa with hatred.
