"Clarify the Truth with Wisdom"

(Clearwisdom.net) Comprehensively and thoroughly clarifying the truth is an important way to eradicate the old forces' persecution of Dafa disciples. It is also the most direct way of offering people salvation. Then, how can we achieve the best effect? Our experience and understanding is to clarify the truth with wisdom. Below are several issues that we need to pay attention to during this process.

We distribute lots of truth-clarifying materials about Falun Gong. Some present an introduction to Dafa, some expose the evil, and some counteract the slander. We should thoroughly understand the truth with respect to the overall situation. We should first clearly see the old forces' persecution from the perspective of the Fa. Secondly, we must be clear on these points:

1). What Falun Dafa is and what benefits Dafa brings;

2). Dafa's journey from its first public introduction in 1992 up to the persecution, including: the form that Teacher used to teach; the time, reason, and registration issues concerning the Falun Dafa Research Society's establishment and dissolution; the results of the National People's Congress Board's investigation in 1998; the cause and effect of the April 25^th peaceful demonstration at Zhongnanhai, and so on;

3). Why Jiang Zemin chose to persecute Dafa, and the negative international and domestic consequences of the persecution.

4). How to dispel the Jiang Zemin group's deceitful rumors about Teacher;

5). The truth of the "self-immolation" incident;

6). The persecution's violation of Party regulations and the country's laws;

7). Such facts as the international honors granted to Dafa and Teacher.

All beings are predestined. If we find the point at which their illusions are most easily penetrated, we can achieve twice the result with half the effort. We should fully encourage the predestined people to join the mighty current of clarifying the truth. First, we should clarify the truth to practitioners who are not that aware of the truth, and help them to step past their human barriers so they can clarify the truth to more ordinary people, and at the same time, catch up with the Fa-rectification.

Second, we should clarify the truth to those who sympathize with us and support us. They can tell other people, and by doing so, can establish a solid foundation for their attaining Dafa in the future. These people are mainly our relatives, friends, colleagues, neighbors, and schoolmates, among others.

Third, we should clarify the truth to those who have certain social influence, status, and power, especially those who work in law enforcement, and the procuratorial and judicial systems, and all government officials at different levels. Their understanding the truth can also reduce the persecution of Dafa disciples.

Through our clarifying the truth, the majority of people have a preliminary understanding of Dafa. But different people understand the truth differently, and have different barriers. When we clarify the truth to them, we should first try to understand their questions and doubts through questioning and conversation. Then we can break through their barriers on their own terms, by using their intellectual status, their knowledge structure and their thinking patterns. For instance, government officials who have reached a certain educational level would want to understand rationally why Jiang Zemin persecutes us. Another instance: we can talk about the illegality of the persecution to procurators, and to those who work in law enforcement and the judicial system. We can tell the Party members that the persecution violates the Party's own organizational procedures. We can tell the common people that Falun Gong can improve their health. For those who know something of science, we can start from modern science. We should clarify the truth by starting with the things that our audience might be interested in, and speak to them from a perspective that they can understand.

The only thing we can do is to clarify the truth--the results are theirs to choose. Teacher said, "Those who are 'reformed' and those who are being saved can only be beings deceived by the evil." ("Dafa is Indestructible") Having clarified the truth to an individual and having provided him with the opportunity, it then becomes his own business if he still cannot enlighten. If we insist on thinking that we must make him believe, or that he must start practicing Falun Gong immediately, inevitably we will become agitated, which will affect the result and may even cause the predestined person to feel aversion, and thus lose the opportunity to be saved.

Ordinary people's behavior often manifests some evil intent or effects, but there is an element behind them that is responsible for this. I became aware that the evils deceive so they can use the field formed by the deceived people's abnormal notions to escape the Fa-rectification. Our clarifying the truth and eliminating people's abnormal notions eradicates this field they rely on for hiding. They would certainly stop people from hearing the truth. Thus, in order to give people a better opportunity to accept the truth, we must clear out the evil elements behind them before we clarify the truth.
