Since the government arbitrarily banned Falun Gong in 1999, our family has been continuously suffering from vicious persecution simply because my mother and I have persisted in our belief of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The Yudong Police Station in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province has frequently detained us and illegally restricted our personal freedom. At the beginning of this year, I was forced to leave my home and live a wandering life. Recently, I learned that my mother, Liang Huiling, has been illegally detained by the Yudong Police Station, and that the situation is urgent! The hearts of mother and daughter are closely linked together. How could I not be deeply worried?
Before obtaining Falun Dafa, my mother was in poor health. She had a tumor in her uterus and had to undergo an operation.. Complications from a blood transfusion during the operation caused her to contract hepatitis with jaundice. Recovering from this, she still suffered from several other diseases, including cholecystitis, protrusion of the lumbar, sciatica, and neurasthenia, which made her sleep badly. Although she took a lot of medicine, it was not effective, and she suffered from pain all day long. She once went to doctors aimlessly, and also practiced Futi Qigong; consequently her health became worse and worse. She was desperate and had a bad temper. She always quarreled with my father about trivial matters. After she obtained the Fa in 1996, Falun Dafa illuminated her heart like a ray of holy sunlight. My mother behaved like a good person, in strict accordance with the standards of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." As both her mind and body were purified, all diseases disappeared and her whole body became light. She has not taken even one pill since then. It seemed as if somebody was pushing her when she rode her bicycle or walked, and sometimes I could not even catch up with her. She has been consistently strict with herself according to "Truthfulness- Compassion-Forbearance." Earlier, she had worked as an accountant in the No. 39 Vocational High School of Shijiazhuang City. She could not resist contamination from the big dye vat of society, in which material desires are rampant. She occasionally took advantage of her position and gained petty advantages from her state work unit. After she started cultivating, she changed those selfish thoughts, and became more responsible on her job. She voluntarily returned the public property that she previously had taken home. For those things that could not be taken back, she paid some money as compensation.
In 1999, a few people in the government illegally outlawed Falun Gong, and my mother, in accordance with the law, went to Beijing to appeal several times . As a result, at the beginning of 2000, the leaders of Chang'an District Education Committee and No. 39 Middle School illegally deprived my mother of her working rights without any legal procedures. Our family could only live on my father's meager wages. During New Year's Day of 2001, my mother went to Beijing for the sixth time to legally appeal, according to the rights that the Constitution gives citizens. After being arrested in Beijing, she didn't give out her name and address to avoid putting more pressure on the local government and the local police, so she was then sent to the Shenyang Detention Center. At the beginning of this year, the Yudong Police Station extorted 2000 Yuan RMB from my family, escorted my mother back from Shenyang and illegally detained her in Shijiazhuang City No. 1 Detention Center. After that, the Yudong Police Station unexpectedly decided to send my mother to a labor camp, disregarding the fact that she was over 50 years old. After a series of vicious persecutions, my originally healthy mother developed high blood pressure. The labor camp dared not take her in, and thus the Yudong Detention Center couldn't get its way. However, the Yudong Police Station, ignoring people's painful suffering from the separation from their families, detained my mother and several other practitioners in the police station for no reason. My mother didn't even know where her daughter was until this time. As a daughter, I have been feeling guilty for being unable to take care of my parents. Currently, seeing my mother suffering from this vicious persecution, I feel even more pain and helplessness. What grieves me even more is that my father is enduring alone at home. His wife is suffering persecution, and he doesn't know the whereabouts of his only daughter, who is just over 20 years old and has little life experience. My father had to go to the police station by himself to ask them to release my mother. There, he was bullied by the vicious police. Moreover my grandfather passed away not long ago. How can my over 50-year-old father endure facing the miserable life of a broken family?
I can only write this down, and strongly demand the immediate release of my mother, Liang Huiling, and practitioners Cheng Guifen and Li Xiurong, who are being illegally detained with her! We call on the relatives of Liang Huiling, Cheng Guifen, Li Xiurong and all other Dafa practitioners who were persecuted, to sharpen your vigilance and recognize the evil forces! Our loved ones are suffering the most vicious persecution! We call on all kind-hearted people in China and around the world who support or feel sympathetic for Falun Gong to pay close attention to this matter!
