Chinese Consulate Officials' Lies Defeated by the Truth at the University of Colorado


On the evening of March 12, two officials from the Chinese Consulate in Chicago came to the University of Colorado in Boulder for a consultation about passports and visas. They seized this opportunity to spread CCTV's deceitful program about the "Self-Immolation Incident in Tiananmen Square." Before they played the videotape, two Falun Gong practitioners came to the meeting place, talked to these two officials, and gave them materials that revealed the truth about the "Self-Immolation Incident in Tiananmen Square." A male official questioned Falun Gong practitioners about the evidence they had that claimed the Chinese officials' propaganda were lies. A Falun Gong practitioner said calmly, "I can state the reasons for you." This official interrupted immediately, "I won't reason with you." He then insulted the practitioner using vulgar language.

The Falun Gong practitioner said calmly but sternly, "I'm a Chinese citizen. As a Chinese government official, you live for civilians and have the obligation to answer my questions." This official said, "I won't talk to you." He cursed the practitioner again. The other Falun Gong practitioner said sternly, "This is the United States, not China. Please speak in a respective way." This official became speechless and left saying he had to go to dinner.

Around 7 p.m., hosted by the Chairman of Chinese Student Association, CCTV's "Self Immolation Incident In Tiananmen Square" was played, which was full of flaws. Watching the program, people kept pointing out all kinds of doubtful points. More information can be found at:

After the videotape was over, most of the audience had no interest in listening to the planned speech. The host couldn't control the scene. It became a meeting of promoting Falun Dafa between Falun Gong practitioners and the audience. The practitioners revealed the truth with compassion.

Every student and scholar in the United States, don't be deceived by Jiang Zemin's lies; let's not give the Chinese government the chance to corrupt the United States with its propaganda.
