Forty eight year old Zhao Qingxiang was the chief of the police precinct of Penghou Street, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. His moral character was abominable. Relying on his power and position as a policeman, he committed all kinds of despicable acts, which left a very bad impression on the local public. As a result, many of his colleagues did not like the way he treated people and he earned a very bad reputation. As a Jiang Zemin follower, he did his utmost to persecute Falun Dafa practitioners. Many times, he illegally arrested and brutally beat Dafa practitioners. He sent many practitioners to labor camps and seized every chance to collect money to put in his own pockets. His numerous crimes were chronicled by the testimonies of many Dafa practitioners, and his name had been put on the list of vicious policemen of Shijiazhuang (Minghui Net has reported on his crimes previously-translators note.)

On April 20, 2001, he suddenly suffered from a high fever and felt discomfort over his entire body. He was eventually admitted to hospital. In the last few days of his life, he experienced extreme itchiness all over his body. In just several days, his condition deteriorated very quickly, resulting in his death on April 30, 2001. Don't wait until the "plague" or "scarlet fever" falls on your heads as well. Furthermore, for those who do all kinds of evil, the sudden death of the flesh body is only the beginning of the punishment. The true retribution for Zhao Qingxiang is yet to come, and it will not end in just a few days.
