May 13, was 'World Falun Dafa Day,' as well as 'Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance-Day' in Toronto. May 13, also happened to be Mother's day this year, so people were immersed in happiness and delight.
Practitioners from all over the world were celebrating this special time that brought about great changes throughout the universe. All practitioners have a common wish in their hearts, that all kind-hearted people in the world could be illuminated by the principles of "Truthfulness, Benevolence, Forbearance."
The universal principles of "Truthfulness, Benevolence, Forbearance" that are embraced by Falun Dafa practitioners, are now being recognized by more and more kindhearted people throughout the community. 'Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance-Day' in Toronto promoted friendly and harmonious relationships among all cultures, and at the same time advocated social conduct of mutual understanding. 'Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance-Day' in Toronto brought about a feeling of peacefulness to everyone in Canada who loves life.
A gigantic Falun appeared in the sky on May 13th
Falun Dafa practitioners, along with many other people from various cultural backgrounds, gathered in Nathan Philips Square at Toronto's City Hall to celebrate. At about 9:30 am, some practitioners saw a light circle in the sky around the sun. As time went on, the circle kept changing color, and it became bigger, brighter and clearer. Practitioners with their third eye open could see the color was changing constantly in the order of red, orange, yellow, green, sky-blue, blue, and purple. A gigantic Falun appeared in the sky, surrounded by many little Faluns. Even more Faluns were drifting to the edge of the sky. In addition, there were also Faluns on the practitioners. It was really a magnificent scene, and everyone there could see at least some of this with his or her own eyes. Everyone could see the huge, bright circle around the sun. Western news reporters from CFMT and CTV were amazed and took pictures of it. They said, it's a miracle.?Some elderly people said that they had never seen anything like it before. With the rising of the sun, the gigantic Falun surrounding the sun also slowly moved upward. The whole scene lasted about 5 hours.
The warm celebration of 'Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance-Day' in Toronto- a community-wide multicultural event
There was a feeling of excitement on the Square that day. A large banner reading, "Truthfulness, Benevolence, Forbearance" was hanging up high in the square. The colorful balloons brought about a pleasant and delightful atmosphere. In addition, people were very impressed by the dance performances from Portugal, Central America, South Korea and the Ukraine. Over 50 children, directed by their instructor (who was also a Falun Dafa practitioner), entertained the audience with a very innocent and lively dance, which expressed their looking forward to a wonderful and kind future. People applauded the show and were moved by the diversity of the entertainment, as well as the peaceful and harmonious atmosphere. A participant told us, I have never seen such an excellent and diverse celebration before. Plus, there was no charge for admission, even though it wasn't hosted by a government agency. It's great that Falun Gong practitioners did so well.
There were 12 booths on the square, which were set up for various multicultural or social organizations to provide information about their culture or social purpose in the community. These organizations were also impressed by the celebration and said that they would like to participate again next year.
