Crimes Committed by Li Zengyao and Jiao Shuanhu of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Factory #6410

[Minghui Net] Li Zengyao, who is in charge of persecuting Falun Gong at PLA Factory # 6410, persecutes kind-hearted Falun Dafa practitioners. The following is a summary of his crimes.

In July 1999, he added slanderous terms into Dafa practitioners' biographical notes and broadcasted them for ten days in the factory compound in order to wage personal attacks. After that he made Dafa practitioners attend several illegal transformation classes that he held (in reality they amounted to illegal imprisonment), which lasted anywhere from 12 to 30 days. For example: He held another illegal transformation class shortly before October 1^st, 2000, and forced Dafa practitioner Bai Yumei to leave her home without any money or personal effects. Under the direction of Li Zengyao, the person in charge at the work unit coerced Bai's husband to go with them to search his father-in-law's home and homes of other relatives and friends' to catch her. The five sisters of Bai's family were either sentenced to jail or a labor camp because they refused to relinquish cultivation of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance". Their elder father suffered a lot both physically and mentally. They continued to harass the family. They finally left after the whole family condemned them. Seeing that the illegal behavior of Li Zengyao and his associates had become more and more rampant, Bai Yumei exercised her legal rights and flatly went to Beijing to appeal on Dec. 9^th. After being illegally detained, she was sent to Brigade #5 of Shijiazhuang Labor Camp. No one knows her whereabouts now.

In addition, guard Jiao Shuanhu at the Southgate of PLA factory #6410 illegally monitored all movements of Dafa practitioners and reported to his superiors for his personal gain. Now other Dafa practitioners at Factory #6410 are being monitored at all times by Li Zengyao, Jiao Shuanhu and others. We call all kind-hearted people together to stop Li and Jiao.
