(Clearwisdom.net) Anhui Falun Dafa practitioner, Sun Fangxi, is a college graduate, and an engineer in the Radio, Movie, and TV Broadcast Bureau in Anhui Province. He had serious liver disease and other illnesses before he started practicing Falun Gong. In two months, he spent 45,000 Yuan [About 9 months salary in cities of China] in medical treatment, but he was not healed at all. In 1997, after he started practicing Falun Gong, his liver disease and other illnesses were miraculously healed. He has not spent a single penny on medical treatment since.

Because he insisted on practicing Falun Gong, his work unit illegally sent Sun Fangxi to the Nanhu Labor Camp at the beginning of 2001. To resist the vicious persecution and request an acquittal of all charges, Sun Fangxi started a hunger strike on July 9, 2001. He has not had any food or water for 31 days now, and is approaching death.

On August 4, Sun Fangxi wrote his will and gave it to the labor camp staff that were watching him. The will said that his life had reached an extreme, and that sometimes he lost consciousness, and he may not regain consciousness at anytime. He said that he loved his life, and that if he died, he would have died from being persecuted, instead of having committing suicide. He requested to be acquitted of all charges. Right now, he is tied up onto the emergency bed in the Province Hospital of Anhui for force-feeding and fluid transfusions. The labor camp staff watching him said, "There is an order from superiors that nobody can visit him except the directors from his work unit and his closely-related family members." Sun is now thin and bony, has difficulty breathing, and has an extremely painful expression on his face. He has two scars on his face from protesting the force-feedings. His wife Wang Ling and his work unit didn't want to save him, refused to take him home, and wanted to put him to death. Wang Ling is having an affair. This time, she is using all means to stop her husband from going home. She is trying to kill her husband using the issue of Falun Gong.
