The Criminal Offenses of Policeman Xue Zhizhong from Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Xue Zhizhong is the director of the Political Safeguarding Department, Guta District, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. The following are accounts of his criminal offenses in persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners.

Xue Zhizhong has persecuted all those Falun Dafa practitioners who are from his area and illegally arrested them for clarifying the truth about Dafa. When first seeing the practitioners, he brutally slapped them back and forth. He beat them so brutally they all said, "He is so cruel that he madly beats people with all his strength. He slapped each one at least ten times, some innumerable times. He murmured dirty words while beating. After slapping that guy, he beat him with a wood baton and other tools until bruises and cuts were all over his body. He then grabbed the practitioner's hair and rammed his head against the wall, resulting in serious bleeding from his head. In some practitioners many scars formed later on their heads."

This criminal policeman has various vicious means when using electric batons, handcuffs and other implements of torture on practitioners. Sometimes, after beating practitioners to the point where there are bruises and cuts all over their body, Xue Zhizhong will continue torturing them by forcing them to stand on a stool. What is even worse, the abuser actually traveled to a police substation just to beat a Dafa practitioner who had been arrested but not yet transferred to the Political Safeguarding Department.

It was recently heard that around June 29, 2001, a Dafa practitioner made many loud speakers to let people know the truth of Dafa and to save worldly people. He installed the speakers along streets and lanes and broadcasted reports from the Falun Dafa station. The broadcasts had a good impact of spreading Dafa locally, letting many everyday people know the truth about Dafa, creating a new feeling about Dafa. Evidently, this surprised authorities in the provincial government and the lawless officials designated it as as "6.29, severe case" to intensify the search for a solution. Due to the practitioner's negligence, the evil police saw an advantage, arrested him, and took away his computers, printers, and other materials from his home. After the practitioner was arrested, police Xue Zhizhong tortured him until there were bruises and cuts all over his body. When he was sent to the No. 2 Detention Center, the inmates inside said that two people had to carry him to the Center because he could not walk by himself. Those inmates who saw the scene were frightened by the scene.

Later when Xue Zhizhong went to the practitioner's home to arrest his wife (also a Dafa practitioner), she was holding her 14-month old daughter in her arms. Policeman Xue became utterly inhuman grabbing the child's head and madly trying to take her away from her mother's arms with all his strength. He almost suffocated the child during the scuffle! How frenzied he was even toward a child! He brutally persecutes good people who believe in "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance" and who are determined to follow the principles of the universe. His actions enrage the Heavens and the Earth!

Laws and heavenly principles must punish Xue Zhizhong.
