On August 8, during the First Organic Food Festival, police of Qingan County, Heilongjiang Province wantonly arrested Dafa practitioners, and then ransacked their homes. More than 10 practitioners were illegally detained including Dian Qingyuan, Qin Zhonghai, Zhu Yujie, Chen Shiqin, Li Yanqiu, Dong Shufang, Chen XX, Mou XX, and others. They were not released even after the festival ended. Teng Zhiqiang, assistant director of the Qianwei Police Station, drowned on August 12 at the age of 39. During the Organic Food Festival, Teng was involved in arresting and persecuting Dafa practitioners. This is the fate he met.

1. Sun Xiaoye and Chen Diansheng are directors for the Yuandadajie Police Station and Mingzhu Police Station, respectively. They illegally sent Dafa practitioners to labor camps several times, at least several dozen practitioners each time. Recently, both of them were dismissed from their posts due to malfeasance.
2. The manager of Hengkelong Supermarket in Dongdaqiao Branch of Changchun City often turned in Dafa practitioners and damaged Dafa posters. As a result, his business became less profitable, and fewer customers came. However, this has not awakened him to the reality of retribution that follows from such malicious acts.
