Clarify the Truth Properly -- A Photo Exhibition Held Successfully in Cambridge, U.K.

(Clearwisdom.net) Following the Manchester experience sharing conference, U.K. practitioners held a week-long Dafa photo exhibition in the central library in the city of Cambridge. This activity proved to be very effective.

In just a few days there were many visitors that came and almost a thousand fliers were handed out. There were also many people interested in learning the exercises. When introducing Dafa and holding activities, we have really focused on Cambridge because in the last few years the number of Chinese people in this area has rapidly increased. During the exhibition we put advertisements through the internet among the Chinese people community. The photo exhibition in both English and Chinese has had a very good effect on the Fa rectification process and eliminating the evil in Cambridge. Also, it has helped the local people understand Dafa, from the viewpoint of Dafa itself, rather than from just the angle of the human rights issue, as they did before.

During the exhibition, we came to realize how hard it can be sometimes to introduce Dafa. There are many scholars in Cambridge, so the difficulties that we experienced were quite unique.

All of the visitors read [our information] very seriously. They asked questions about who the most superior God is and who the exclusive God is. They liked to bring up Jesus in order to compare situations and were interested in knowing whether the disciples or students should resort to martyrdom like Jesus when encountering suffering. On that day some young practitioners, whose Tianmu [the third eye, or the celestial eye] were open, saw the heavenly beings and immortals of different cultivation ways in other dimensions who gathered in the exhibition hall asking Teacher questions about Falun Gong, which also consisted of similar topics about Christianity. Teacher sent out mighty radiance and emitted enormous energy, which astonished all of the gods.

Through this Fa rectification activity, I also realized that everything we are currently doing is to help people obtain the Fa and know about the Fa. So we should try our best to answer the questions according to each individual's level of understanding, with compassion and in a peaceful manner instead of talking about something too profound [for them to understand.] Otherwise, people may react negatively when they cannot understand. The old evil forces had just employed this method in order to try to reach their purpose of ruining all of the sentient beings. In China, Teacher mercifully began to spread Dafa in the form of teaching Qigong, just in order to help people obtain the Fa more easily.

As Dafa disciples, we should completely deny the arrangements made by the old forces. All of the elements that are hindering people from obtaining the Fa are all forms of evil interference that should be eliminated by our righteous thoughts during the period of Fa rectification. But, as for ordinary people, we should treat them with compassion as Teacher explained.

After repeatedly studying Teacher's answers to the journalists after April 25, 1999 [the day when about 10,000 practitioners in China went to the Chinese central government to peacefully appeal for Falun Gong. Since then Falun Gong has been known worldwide], I began to understand how to introduce people to the Fa while conforming to everyday people as much as possible, and also how to clarify the truth with the wisdom of not only our human side, but also that of our divine side.

When we do not expect anything for ourselves and are totally acting for the benefit of others, we could then introduce Dafa and clarify the truth to people properly and thoroughly. People could then also feel practitioners' compassionate hearts.
