The Critical State of Two Female Dafa Practitioners Who Have Been on a Hunger Strike for Over 20 Days

In the evening of August 20, 2001, police in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, kidnapped two local Falun Dafa practitioners, Ms. Ding Lihong and Ms. Liang Huiling, for no reason, and detained them in the No. 5 Unit of Yuhua Police Team on Huailing Road of Huaidi Village. These two practitioners have been on a hunger strike for more than 20 days now to protest their unlawful arrest and are in a critical situation.

Ms. Ding Lihong once fainted during her incarceration and was forced to take an intravenous infusion. At the time that she had been illegally arrested, police took away her home key and ID by force and identified her on the spot. Police also secretly broke into her home with her key and seized the pictures of Master Li, Dafa books, her cell phone, etc. It was said that the supervisors of Ding Lihong's work place tried to obtain her release on bail but the evil policemen refused to release her no matter how they tried. Now Ms. Ding is illegally detained in the Second Detention Center of Shijiazhuang City.

Dafa practitioner Liang Huiling did not cooperate with the evil and refused to tell her name and address. Lawless policemen escorted her to various community offices in Shijiazhuang and in the end she was identified by the Yudong Community Office. The vicious Yudong Police Station had attempted to illegally sentence Liang Huiling to forced-labor reeducation, but their scheme could not be realized because she did not pass the physical examination and the labor camp refused to accept her. Reports say that this time police have tried to unlawfully sentence her to a forced-labor camp again. She is still on a hunger strike and refuses to cooperate with the evil.

Recently, the evil forces in Shijiazhuang have become very vicious. This situation needs every Dafa disciple to take the Fa as Master and constantly maintain righteous thoughts. We cannot accept any of the arrangements of the evil forces. We should completely oppose everything arranged by the evil old forces, no matter whether such evil persecution is aimed at ourselves, fellow practitioners, or all beings. Let's take every step solidly, send forth our pure, powerful righteous thoughts and completely crush the last struggle of the evil forces!
