The Fa-Rectification Story of a Fourteen Year Old Girl

(Clearwisdom.net) Bai Yang is 14 years old. She started practicing Falun Gong at the age of ten, when she was living with her youngest aunt. When her aunt was arrested and forced to go to a labor camp, Bai Yang went to live with her grandmother. Here, she slacked off a little, as her grandmother was not a practitioner. At the beginning of this year, her aunt was released from the labor camp. She missed Bai Yang very much and asked Bai Yang to stay with her for a while. While staying at her aunt's place, Bai Yang read many Fa-rectification stories on Minghui.org (the Chinese version of Clearwisdom.net) that were about Dafa practitioners. The more Bai Yang read, the more her xinxing (moral character) improved.

Because Bai Yang's aunt was tortured in the labor camp for a year, she had become timid about distributing truth-clarifying materials, in spite of the articles she read on the Internet. Bai Yang made some paper-labels with the words "Falun Dafa is Good," "Falun Dafa is the Righteous Fa," "Restore the Reputation of Teacher Li Hongzhi," and "Stop Persecuting Falun Gong" without letting her aunt know. She put double-sided-tape on the backs of the labels and carried them in her pocket. She put these labels up wherever she went.

One morning, her aunt was doing the meditation exercise. Bai Yang was still asleep and had a dream. In the dream, she went out to distribute fliers. On the way back, she came across a couple of fellow practitioners who were also distributing fliers. A practitioner her aunt's age said to Bai Yang, "You have to help your aunt!" "How can I help her since she is not in my dream now?" asked Bai Yang. The aunt-practitioner smiled, "You can help her when you wake up." Then Bai Yang woke up. She immediately told her aunt the dream and about her truth-telling work. Her aunt felt embarrassed and lowered her head. Tears filled her aunt's eyes. She knew that, although she was diligent in her cultivation, she had developed the attachment of fear after having been tortured in the labor camp. After Bai Yang told her of the dream, she recognized her attachment, eliminated it, and once again joined the Fa-rectification. Bai Yang was also more diligent in her cultivation.

When the winter vacation was over, the new semester started. Bai Yang's school, just like thousands of other schools in China, launched a so-called "million people" signature movement. There were only two pupils in the school who refused to sign their names. Thus Bai Yang learned that there was another practitioner in her class. The practitioner's mother was detained in a labor camp. The teacher in charge of the class got very angry with them. She criticized them saying, "You are still practicing? 1,400 people have died because of practicing (Falun Gong)..." Bai Yang immediately interrupted the teacher, "The 1,400 cases were all fabricated. There are many labor camps where they are detaining thousands of practitioners!" The teacher was dumbstruck, eventually admitting, "Well, um... I don't know that much about Falun Gong." Bai Yang replied, "How can anyone casually sign his name without knowing the truth?" After that, the teacher never slandered Falun Gong in front of the class. During the XX Party's Conference [party name omitted] and the National People's Congress Conference, the school asked every class to put a new issue on the "Class Info Board" with the focus on slandering Falun Dafa. Bai Yang happened to be the one in charge of that issue. The "Class Info Board" she put out was the only one in the school without content slandering Falun Dafa. This time, the teacher didn't say a word. Afterward, the school authorities found a policeman to intimidate Bai Yang, but it didn't work. She did not feel intimidated at all.

Bai Yang continues to do Fa rectification work. One day in a dream she saw three Buddha statues in a small temple. She heard a female voice, "There is an impending disaster. Quick! Hurry up and worship Buddha!" Bai Yang was just about to worship Buddha when a thought came to her, "I have Master Li to safeguard me and I cannot just casually worship another Buddha!" She then noticed that the Buddha statues were all blemished. She took out truth-telling labels from her pocket and stuck them on the statues. The statues started glowing again right away. Bai Yang enlightened that we must clarify the truth to more people because there are still so many people to be saved.
