While Utah lawmakers were busy inside getting ready for the upcoming legislative session, members of Falun Gong were practicing their mind-body exercises on the front steps of the Capitol building. The ancient spiritual practice that originated in China was recognized on Monday by Governor Michael Leavitt who proclaimed it Utah's first "Falun Dafa Day."
