---- Liu Xi, a policeman who used to work at the Hengren County police substation, persecuted Dafa practitioners very brutally. He suffered from the plague and died in 2001.

---- Zhou Jing, a guard in the detention center in the Hengren county, slandered Dafa and persecuted Dafa practitioners. She now suffers from disease as retribution.

---- Liu Kan, a policeman in Harbin City (Heilongjiang province), is very cunning and crafty and persecutes Falun Gong practitioners. His retribution includes his suffering from severe diabetes.

---- Xin Nuoming, Secretary of the Political Legislation Committee of Chengyang County in Qingdao City, Shandong Province, along with some other people, injected neurotoxic drugs into practitioner Jiang Jing (female). This amoral official victimized kind people and thus brought about troubles for the local citizens. More than 10,000 people in Qingdao City came down with a flu variant. There was an explosion in the parking lot of the Mingda Store, which is on the east side of Jialefu in Qingdao, and thousands of people ran for their lives. An explosion at the Wennan coal mine killed sixteen people.
