Fa Rectification Stories of Dafa Practitioners in Fenjin Forced Labor Camp, Changchun City
(Clearwisdom.net) At the end of the year 2000, the depraved people in
Fenjin Forced Labor Camp in Changchun city tried all the means at their disposal
to persecute Dafa and to destroy practitioners' faith and ruin their righteous
thoughts. One day, a guard took a book that slandered Dafa to a cell to read.
Practitioners Wang Tianming and Han Yuzhu (who have since been tortured to
death) immediately stated that they would firmly object if they were asked to
study materials that slandered Dafa. Then the guard took the two practitioners
to an office and tortured them using all kinds of methods. They put handcuffs
and shackles on Wang Tianming and sent him to a small cell, where the wicked
guard encouraged the common criminals to read materials aloud slandering Dafa
each day. Wang Tianming was deprived of sleep while the criminals were asked to
take turns reading the slandering book, so Wang tore up the book. Hearing about
this, the guard cut back on his food, giving him only one meal a day, and made
the serving size very small as further punishment. It was winter and Wang did
not have warm clothes and shoes. He suffered hunger and cold, and endured the
tribulations that everyday people could not endure.
A few days later, the labor camp brought in some "collaborators" [former
Falun Gong practitioners who have gone astray due to brainwashing and torture]
to give speeches. Hearing them defame Dafa, practitioners Wang Tianming, Wei
Lisheng, Jiao Shoutong, Zhang Wanwu, Fu Yan, Zuo Weixing, Yin Xianghui, Zhong
Xi, Fu Ji, Liu Zhongkui, Wang Enguo, Zhang Wei and Qi Wei stood up one after
another to object, while many other practitioners were pushed down by the
guards.
The guards beat those who stood up. Among the practitioners, Liu Zhongkui was
beaten by the labor camp chief Long's fists along the hallway from the 1st
floor to the 3rd floor. His face was swollen and deformed, with
bruises around both his eyes.
Practitioner Zhong Xi was hit on the head by guard Zhang with an electric
baton and passed out immediately. Team chief Cao, from the intensive training
team, hit and kicked him. Fearing too many people would see, he dragged Zhong Xi
from the 3rd floor along the hallway to the 1st floor,
seriously damaging Zhong Xi's hip. He beat up Zhong again on the 1st
floor until Zhong lost consciousness. Then he dragged him outside and threw
snowballs in his face. When Zhong regained his consciousness, he found himself
behind the building. The path was about 100 meters long. He did not recover for
more than 10 days from the effects of having been unconscious.
The relentless guards brutally beat up these Dafa practitioners again in
their office. After that, they subjected 8 or 9 practitioners to physical
punishment by hanging them upside down for as long as two hours, causing two of
the practitioners to lose consciousness.
The youngest practitioner Wei Lisheng was beaten most seriously. Nonetheless
he reasoned with them even while he was suffering the ruthless beating. Team
chief Cai acted as if he was possessed and kept hitting Wei on his head and
face. Wei was fearless, still calmly telling him how good Falun Gong is, that
going to Beijing to appeal is a citizen's right, that the news reports were
complete lies and fabrications meant to deceive people and that Falun Gong
practitioners are innocent. Cai finally became speechless with anger and found
an excuse to walk away. There was another guard in the room who did not speak or
beat the practitioners throughout this whole time. Seeing Dafa practitioners
still trying to clarify the truth as they were enduring the ruthless hits and
kicks under such vicious persecution, in tears, he asked for Wei's age. When he
heard that Wei was only 21 years old, he said, "Young guy, you are so
great! You are really a worthwhile person! However, I do not mean that you are
worthwhile in the human world [meaning that he must come from heaven]."
