Six Dafa Practitioners in Sichuan Province Illegally Sentenced to Harsh Prison Terms for Distributing Truth-Clarifying Materials

(Clearwisdom.net) On December 5, 2001, six Dafa practitioners were illegally sentenced to harsh terms of imprisonment by the court of the Peicheng District of Mianyang City, Sichuan province. Among them, Lin Li (female) was sentenced to thirteen years of imprisonment, Liang Hua (gender unknown) to twelve years, Wang Fang (female) to eleven years, Jing Shaofang (female) to ten years, Jiang Nianli (female) to five years, and Luo Yuanhe (male) to four years.

Lin Li, thirty-six years old, used to work for the credit agency in Mianyang City. She started practicing Falun Gong in 1997.

Wang Fang, Jiang Nianli and Luo Yuanhe were arrested while they were copying materials somewhere in Chengdu City (Sichuan province) on January 19th, 2001.

In order to help the everyday people learn the truth about the persecution against Dafa and to save them, Dafa practitioners scrimped on food and other expenses. They bought a personal computer, a printer, a high-speed copier, a copy machine, a portable copier, a bookbinding machine, various tools and more than 120 different documents. At the time they were arrested by the police, they were rushing through making more than 200,000 copies of about 30 kinds of truth-clarifying materials.

These Dafa practitioners gave up everything they had in order to clarify the truth to the people and, thus, to save sentient beings. But several wicked people used the power in their hands to persecute these kind Dafa practitioners. They are the ones doing bad deeds that will harm the everday people. Let's strive together to stop the criminal offenses by the evil forces!
