I. People from the Village Respect the Truth-Clarifying Materials

A middle-aged woman was deceived by the evil propaganda, and her mind was full of the lies that defamed Falun Gong. Whenever she saw truth-clarifying materials, she would rip them apart; whenever she found flyers that had been distributed to her doorstep she would curse loudly.

One day she suddenly experienced back pain, the severity of which was beyond what words could describe. It could not be alleviated, even though she had been to several hospitals. None of the injections and medicine worked. She prayed, but the pain was still there. She even sought a fortune-teller; however, no one could help her. All her efforts ended up in vain.

While suffering, she suddenly noticed the poster on the wall, which had printed on it: "Good will be rewarded with good, and evil with evil." Her heart naturally shook, "What bad deeds have I committed? Is it because I arbitrarily cursed at Falun Dafa, and ripped up Dafa materials?" Upon reflection of her own deeds, she became more and more worried, so she became determined to find a Falun Gong book and find out more. Surprisingly, she was able to find a copy of Zhuan Falun. After she read it for a whole day, her back no longer felt painful. She felt like she had awakened from a dream, and deeply regretted her behaviour. "Mr. Li is here to save us; I cannot allow myself to accumulate more karma!"

Thereafter, whenever she passed through towns and talked with families, she would tell everyone: "Zhuan Falun is a heavenly book. Cultivating Dafa is the result of a great predestined relationship. Treating Dafa with good will be rewarded with good, but persecuting Dafa will bring retribution." She also told people that Master Li had miraculously cured her illness. Her story was spread far and wide. The people from her village and neighbouring villages passed truth-clarifying materials from one person to another. People cherished them, and no one ripped them up anymore. Many people followed her example and treated truth-clarifying materials with respect. Thus, the truth that "Falun Dafa is Good" was spread to every village and family.

II. The Dignified Dafa Practitioners and the Righteous Neighbourhood

There is a suburban area where a couple was interfered with many times for not giving up cultivating Falun Dafa. On the night of September 30th, about 10 policemen entered the couple's home illegally for the third time and forcefully searched their property. Upon facing the police, the couple was completely without fear; they verbally opened up and questioned the police righteously: "Our cultivation is no crime, and being good people is no crime! You are committing crimes while executing the law. You are persecuting good people--are you not afraid of retribution?"

At this moment, the people from the village were moved. Within a short while, hundreds of people gathered around the couple's home. The police knew that they were in the wrong. They felt guilty from inside, and were afraid that they could not end the event with so many people there. Therefore, they took a copy of Zhuan Falun and claimed that they would confiscate it. At that moment, the wife stood up and cried: "The lives of my whole family were saved by Falun Dafa--you leave this precious book alone!" The sudden air of justice shocked the police. The situation was getting out of their control, and they could not advance nor could they retreat.

The solemnity of Dafa shocked the evil and the neighbourhood of the village. Many complaints could be heard from the crowd: "What is wrong with Falun Gong? Which part of the constitution says that practicing the exercises and being a good person is infringing upon the government? This family initially suffered from incurable diseases, what did the government do to help them? Had it not been for Falun Gong, they would've been dead long ago! People must follow their own consciences! From my point of view, all Falun Gong practitioners are good people. If everyone in society practiced Falun Gong, the society would have become good long ago! Falun Gong is great! All practitioners are great models!" This became a contest between good and evil.

More and more people gathered, the stage became wider and wider, and the voices louder and louder. Some people even took the lead and cried: "Falun Dafa is Good! Falun Dafa is really good!" The people surrounded the police: "The people's police should love the people. If the police can't behave like humans, they should leave this place!" For a moment, the crowd was excited.

The police could not wield the power they had in the old days, so they called for the village master to smooth out the incident. The village master said, "I don't know what is happening to the government these days; it is always conducting attacks against citizens. The police are supposed to be arresting bad people, yet this couple are publicly known as good people, and they have harmed nobody by practicing at home. If you seriously persecute them to death, you will have gained nothing and be in trouble yourself. You had better return the book to them. The people here can distinguish between good and evil, and it is my wish that you do not come to bother this family anymore."

The police were speechless. They returned the book to the village master, then lowered their heads and anxiously walked away through the crowd. Thus the play ended with the laughter of the people.
