Officials at Wanjia Forced Labor Camp Plot to Fabricate Story Against Falun Gong

(Clearwisdom.net) We are Falun Gong practitioners illegally sentenced to forced labor in Team 7 at Wanjia Labor Camp, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province.

Just after 6 p.m. on December 16, 2001, some prison guards unexpectedly informed us, "Today is Sunday. We will arrange an activity tonight." At around 7 p.m., several guards urged us to go to the Education Section in a small meeting room on the second floor. The team leader gave a speech to comfort and welcome us. Seeing her change in attitude, we were very puzzled since she had previously been very harsh toward us. Why did she act so kindly today? After she finished her speech, she said, "Let's first watch TV." We were even more perplexed, since we had not been organized to watch TV for several months. Besides, there is a TV set in our bedroom, so why did they ask us to watch TV in here? Over ten of us were looking at each other and wondering what kind of conspiracy they were working on.

Then, around twenty regular criminal prisoners came into the room and sat down behind us. Usually, we were separated from regular prisoners and participated in different activities. This time was very unusual. Soon, the TV was turned on and it started to broadcast an alleged incident of someone having murdered his wife and father. We realized that this had been set up and we had been tricked into coming here to watch TV. (We always refuse to watch any TV programs that condemn Dafa.) We then protested and declared that we would not watch the program. The head of Team 7 sternly stopped us. A male police officer from the Education Section pushed open the door and came in with a video camera. He aimed the camera at the TV and then at us practitioners. Wasn't this prearranged? Weren't they fabricating a piece of fake news? What kind of explanation would they give along with the video? We stood up and started to walk out, but the regular prisoners grabbed us and did not allow us to leave.

What is the difference between this act of openly fabricating news and China Central TV Station's framing of Falun Gong? They will do anything to undermine Dafa. Here we are exposing this particular incident.
