Fu Chunsheng, an employee of the Hydro-Engineering Machinery Plant in Jilin City, had been illegally sentenced to one year of forced labor "re-education" for going to Beijing to safeguard Falun Dafa. On December 12, 1999, he was abducted and detained in Huanxiling Labor Camp in Jilin City. Later, in order to destroy his steadfast faith in Falun Dafa, he was transferred to Yinmahe Labor Camp in the Jiutai area. He was eventually released unconditionally on September 12 of 2001, at which time he immediately rejoined the stream of Fa-rectification. At a mass arrest on December 28 2001, police broke into his house and confiscated a lot of Falun Dafa books, including Teacher's pictures etc., and arrested him.
