A fellow practitioner runs a booth in a market. One day, several people came to collect anti-Falun Gong signatures. After noticing it was something used to slander Dafa, she stopped them and said, "Please go back! No one will sign it, since whoever signs it is signing up for hell. I also hope you can stop doing this. There is nothing wrong with practicing Falun Dafa. Please remember 'Truth, Compassion and Forbearance' and always try to be a good person." Those people were stunned at hearing this, and they left saying nothing. Her colleagues all admired her courage: "You were great!" She said, "That is because what I said made sense."

When it was time to pay the rent for each booth, it turned out that this fellow practitioner's rent was reduced by half. The accountant said, "This is a decision from the market's manager." After the word spread, someone found the manager and asked for their rent to be lowered as well. The manager answered straightforwardly, "How can you compare yourself to her? She is a Falun Gong practitioner. If you dare to do it [practice Falun Gong], I will also lower your rent!"
