Korean Falun Dafa Practitioners Clarify the Truth to Chinese Audience During the 14th Asian Games (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On September 29, 2002, the opening ceremony of the 14^th Asian Games was held in Busan, the first seaport of Korea. Athletes from 14 Asian countries will participate in the 16-day sports meet. It is said that the number of Chinese audience will amount to several tens thousands.

On the evening of September 28, Dafa practitioners from Seoul arrived in Busan at 11:30 p.m. Some practitioners spontaneously went to the Chinese Consulate to send forth righteous thoughts overnight to eliminate evil elements in other dimensions.

At 2:00 p.m. on September 29, Dafa practitioners from other places joined local practitioners in Busan and went to major intersections nearby the Busan Asiad Main Stadium to spread Falun Dafa to people from 14 countries that came to attend the opening ceremony. Some practitioners did the exercises. Their gentle and smooth movements accompanied by the exercise music attracted many pedestrians to stop and watch. Some practitioners distributed hats and fans that said, "Falun Dafa is good" and "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." Some passed out Dafa truth-clarifying materials. Some other practitioners held banners that read "Falun Dafa is good" and "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" at major intersections. Athletes from different countries all waved to greet us. The practitioners kept sending forth righteous thoughts during the activity and everything went smoothly.

On the afternoon of September 30, we came to the Masan Main Stadium (There would be a soccer match involving the Chinese team). Police on duty watched the match together with us, and they all considered that Falun Dafa is a good cultivation practice, and planned to learn the exercises if they had time. At the same time, some practitioners clarified the facts about Falun Dafa to police-in-chief and other police officers, and left a good impression on them.

Jiang's regime forced these Chinese who have an opportunity of going abroad to accept their brainwashing and vicious propaganda and even threatened and forbade them "not to talk with Falun Gong practitioners abroad, and not to accept their materials." It even dispatched spies to monitor them while they were abroad. Though it added difficulty to our truth-clarification, Dafa practitioners were fully aware of these Chinese' mentality, and used their wisdom and rationality to convey the message of Falun Dafa being wide spread around the world to these precious Chinese.

The practitioners especially wore clothes that read "Falun Dafa is good" in front of Chinese soccer fans, and some of them merrily chatted with police. The Chinese audience was so surprised at this, and one of them exclaimed, "Ah, Falun Gong?" One of the practitioners timely smiled at them and said, "Are you surprised? Falun Dafa has been wide spread in over 60 countries, and more than 100 million people are practicing it. Why is it only persecuted in China? Why doesn't Jiang's regime allow you to know the truth? Are you willing to believe their fabricated lies? Please use your mind and think it over, who is right? Who is wrong?" Those Chinese were obviously shaken by these words and silently lowered their heads. Three practitioners simply sat in front of them and cheered for the Chinese team.

On the other side of spectator's stand, several practitioners shouted, "Go Chinese team!" Their cheers attracted a Chinese soccer fan that is a self-employed business owner. After a short conversation, he seemed to realize the truth, and requested many Dafa truth-clarifying materials and VCDs. He promised to pass these materials to his friends and relatives. The practitioners outside the soccer field also distributed many VCDs to Chinese fans who accepted them in a secret manner.

This truth-clarification left deep impression on many Chinese soccer fans. We hope that our compassionate actions will awaken their conscience and free them from Jiang regime's lies.
