Corrupt Law Enforcement Personnel in Benxi City, Liaoning Province Receive Karmic Retribution

(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionateáreminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

The "610 Office" (an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems) at the Benxi City in Liaoning Province have kidnapped numerous Dafa practitioners who were involved with producing truth clarification materials. These deputies had broken into and ransacked homes of Dafa practitioners, extorted huge sums of money and carried out brutal persecution against Dafa practitioners. Recently, quite a few of them have suffered various karmic retributions.

Jiang Zili was the Director of the Benxi City Correctional Facility. He had been very active in the persecution of Dafa practitioners jailed there, and received "commendations" from senior officials. Recently he was removed from his position and his whereabouts are unknown.

Wu Gang was the Associate Director of the Benxi City Correctional Facility. He was one of the prime culprits who participated in the torture of Dafa practitioners. Earlier he was promoted to the position of the Associate Bureau Chief at the Benxi Public Security Bureau. Not long afterwards he was removed from that position and was transferred back to the Correctional Facility.

Li Qiang was the Section Chief of the Administration Section. Both Liang Shichun, and Yu Zhengui were the Vice Chiefs of the Administration Section. They participated time and again in carrying out persecution against Dafa practitioners. All three of them were dismissed from their positions at the facility.

Wang Yi was a deputy at the Administration Section at the facility. He was the key figure who tortured Dafa practitioners. He was dismissed and transferred out of the Administration Section.

Liu Yinxiang was the Vice Chief of the Educational Section and was a ruffian who tortured Dafa practitioners. He triggered serious repercussions after causing severe injury to a Dafa practitioner. He was fired from his position and then he hated Chen Zhongwei, who is the political secretary at the Facility. This ruffian now claimed, "I was a hired gun. As soon as there was an incident they would use me as a scapegoat." He is very typical of the "hired guns;" he was exploited and tossed aside as soon as his value was gone.

Li XX was the Instructor Chief at the 8^th Brigade. Zheng Tao was a Team Leader under Li. In December 1999 Li, Zheng and two other hooligans tortured Dafa practitioner Wang Ruifeng, who refused to memorize the prison rules. They tied him up with ropes and shocked him with electric batons. Just a few days later, these four hooligans were involved in a serious auto accident when the car they were riding in rolled over. Li's leg was broken so severely that he suffered permanent disability and was crippled for the rest of his life. He never returned to work. Zheng Tao had a serious facial disfigurement, with half of his face torn up.

Liu Shaoshi was the Director of the Drug Rehabilitation Center and was one of the key ruffians persecuting Dafa practitioners. He suffered a neurological disorder after long time involvement in torturing Dafa practitioners. His symptoms showed up as loss of facial muscle control whenever he talked to Dafa practitioners. His lips would curl upwards on the right side uncontrollably. Now other deputies are openly admitting that Liu suffers from mental disorders.

Zhao Shichun was an instructor at the Drug Rehabilitation Center and was one of the key hoodlums persecuting Dafa practitioners. During one of the torture sessions, a Dafa practitioner clarified the truth to him and warned him that he would receive retribution if he continued his hideous acts. Soon afterwards, Zhao's stomach ulcer became serious, and now in order to survive he must live on liquid food only.

Zheng Tao was the Associate Director of the Drug Rehabilitation Center. He was a key bully. He did not recognize the retribution that he suffered before, and now another retribution was levied upon him. His was dismissed from his position of the Associate Director of the Drug Rehabilitation Center.

Ding Huibo was the Instructor Deputy at the Rehabilitation Center and was one of the key criminal figures against Dafa practitioners. He has shown clear symptoms of suffering mental disorders. His problem showed up whenever he saw Dafa practitioners being tortured. He would get so excited that he could not sleep for the whole night. He must take a large amount of sleeping pills before he can fall asleep. Now he is suffering with multiple syndromes and must take heavy medications.

Zheng Kai was an instructor at the Rehabilitation Center, and was another key figure in the persecution at the center. Now he has suffered coronary heart disease so severe that he has to catch his breath even if he tries to walk a little faster.

Wang Zhiduo, another instructor at the Center, was also a key persecution figure against Dafa practitioners. This ruffian claimed that he was practicing some kind of Qigong. He deliberately sought out young women Dafa practitioners and tried to harass and take advantage of them. He suffered some kind of serious rashes on his legs and thighs that were extremely painful and itchy.

Guo Tieying was an instructor at the Center and actively participated in the torturing of Dafa practitioners. Not long ago, he developed a large tumor. Surgery was immediately performed. According to Guo he would have lost his reproductive ability if the surgery were not performed in a timely fashion.

Instructor Liu Jiangpeng was another hooligan who actively carried out tortures on Dafa practitioners. He suffered hair loss around his eyebrows and eyesight deterioration in one of his eyes.

Liu Wei was the Team Leader for the "Authoritarian Control" Team. He was one of the key bullies. After beating Dafa practitioners, he fell ill for a whole day. He was dismissed from his position.

Jing Shanhu was an instructor at the City Detention Center. He had tortured Dafa practitioner Qiu Zhiyan brutally. Later he was charged and sentenced to prison after a death incident at the Detention Center.
