Recently, on the way home from Houston, I met a Chinese man--a ticket agent--in the airport. Through our conversation, this man talked himself into the understanding that Falun Dafa is the "breath of fresh air" that China may need. After first explaining the facts to him in four different ways, including telling him about the greatness of our benevolent Teacher and that Falun Dafa is not political, he tried to explain to me how the history of China may have led Jiang to persecute Falun Dafa. I said, "It is not right to torture and murder people." He suddenly agreed and said, "Maybe China needs a breath of fresh air... and maybe that will come from Falun Dafa." I told him that Falun Dafa practitioners only follow Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance under all circumstances. Then he said, "Falun Dafa practitioners are amazing!"

How precious it was. I then encouraged him to read Zhuan Falun, and he smiled. Then he said that usually he never talks politics--only with me. He said most people do not understand Chinese culture, and he was grateful that I could understand him.

This was a good experience, and one that I think is not rare for westerners. Even a few words expressed in Chinese can really change a heart, but most important is our unshakable belief. I think when such belief is expressed from a western heart, it is received as undeniably pure by Chinese people, because in their eyes we do not have political motives.
