A practitioner from Sydney

(Clearwisdom.com) On an extremely hot and dry day, I arrived at the Houston airport the afternoon of October 17, 2002, and went directly to the area surrounding the residential compound of the Chinese Consulate [where the staff of the consulate live], where I met with four other practitioners from Sydney.

The next day, the four of us went to the Education Office of the Chinese Consulate. We held an outstandingly large banner with the words "Falun Dafa is Good" across the street against the building. At the top of every hour, we sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate evils in other dimensions. At other times we either practiced the exercises or studied the Fa.

Fierce winds arose that day. These wild and fierce winds shifted the heavy concrete blocks used to hold down our large banner with the words of "Falun Dafa is Good" from their positions and broke the wooden frames that were used to hold up the banner. The wind gusts even threw a practitioner down who tried to hold the banner. We knew that a fierce battle between the righteousness and the evil was being fought in other dimensions. We couldn't relax at all, not even for a moment. At about 5:00 p.m. the winds calmed down. We continued to send forth righteous thoughts until 9:00 p.m.

On October 19^th, the four of us went to the headquarters of the Chinese Consulate. Two held the banner and the other two immediately sent forth righteous thoughts. Immediately again, a strong wind started to blow sand all around us. Soon we were covered all over with white sand. Then the rain started and it continued to rain, sometimes heavier, sometimes lighter. Around 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m., about 30 practitioners arrived. We sent forth righteous thoughts together and practiced the exercises. The scene was very touching.

On October 20^th, we went to the residential compound of the Chinese Consulate and sent forth righteous thoughts. In the afternoon, we participated in an experience-sharing conference. Through sharing our experiences and understandings of Fa principles, we all gained a better understanding of the meanings of this event, how to work in close cooperation with each other, and on how to improve as one. I felt a powerful energy field around me. At one moment as I was sending forth righteous thoughts, I entered the state of trance. Later on I found out it was exactly the moment when practitioners as a whole all over the world started to send forth righteous thoughts together. That evening, when I sent forth righteous thoughts again, my whole body was bathed in sweat and my hands were hot. I felt like a hot stove. Although I did not go to bed until around 3:00 a.m. due to a change in hotel assignments, I woke up at 5:00 a.m. for some unknown reason and sent forth righteous thoughts immediately. From 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., I kept sending forth righteous thoughts for two hours.

In the afternoon of that same day we again went to the living compound of the Chinese Consulate and sent forth righteous thoughts. As soon as we started sending forth righteous thoughts, it began to rain. We unfolded the Dafa banner and stood to send forth righteous thoughts. It rained harder and harder. Although wearing raincoats, we still got completely drenched, getting our clothes and shoes soaked, down to our undergarments. We were all wet, and it was cold. Lightening and thunder accompanied the pouring rain. The sky was like a boiling cauldron. The battle in other dimensions was extremely fierce and extraordinary. Suddenly, with a clap of thunder, a flash of lightening struck the triangular roof of the living compound of the Chinese Consulate, right at the place where the Chinese national flag flew and the national emblem was hung. Immediately, smoke rose from the roof. Shortly, lightening strikes hit the roof again.

After a while two more practitioners came to join us to send forth righteous thoughts. Our righteous field was thus strengthened. The thunderstorm gradually waned and then stopped completely. A young man stopped his car. Sitting in the car, he asked us for details about Jiang government's persecution of Falun Gong in China. He told us that he heard on the radio about Falun Gong. The practitioners answered his every question. He expressed his full support for Falun Dafa and assured us of his intention to read more Falun Dafa information from the web. Later, two concerned policemen approached us, inquiring whether we encountered any troubles. They left their phone number and asked us to call at any time if there were any troubles. We conveyed our appreciation.

A little after 5:00 p.m., a circular opening appeared in the sky among the black clouds. The sunlight shone with bright red color. It was so wonderful.

During this journey to Texas, together with Dafa practitioners from all over the world, we allowed our righteous thoughts to cover the entire celestial body, to eliminate all evils in the universe, just as described in Master's poem of "The Heavens Become Clear Again."

Instead of going to San Francisco, we remained in Houston for the last two days, October 26 and 27, because it was not possible to change flights for San Francisco. We just stayed in the hotel in Houston, with other practitioners who hadn't left. To have our hearts unaffected to handle all situations, we sent forth righteous thoughts every half hour, to completely eliminate the evil in other dimensions. We left Houston in the morning of October 28.
