A Few Thoughts on Looking Inward

(Clearwisdom.net) As Dafa disciples, when we are encountering conflicts and we are not calm, or when we find we are attached to something, perhaps we are experiencing the same deviated state as the sentient beings that are restricted and poisoned by the corrupted matter of the old forces.

This should prompt us to study the Fa well, send forth righteous thoughts, get rid of these attachments, and clear away the corrupted matter, thereby releasing and saving ourselves and the sentient beings for whom we are responsible. The heart of attachment that you have not gotten rid of, and which keeps you from being calm, is a hindrance to saving sentient beings. Therefore, the superficial appearance of right or wrong should not become a reason for continuing to hold onto these attachments instead of getting rid of them.
