Falun Dafa Practitioners Kou Xiaoping and Her Sister Kou Xiaokun Tortured to Death

Kou Xiaoping, female, 40 years old, was a government employee that worked in the bank. She was a Falun Dafa practitioner in Anshan City, Liaoning Province. After July 20^th, 1999, She went to Beijing to appeal with her sister Kou Xiaokun, a Falun Dafa practitioner who has been tortured to death in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. Kou Xiaoping was escorted back by police and illegally detained in Anshan City Third Detention Center 15 days. After being released, she had her salary suspended and was forced to undergo brainwashing. Because Kou Xiaoping refused to give up her belief, she was illegally sentenced 2 years in labor camp. During the time period when she was in Anshan Labor Camp, she conducted every word and action according to Dafa, treated the police who persecuted her with compassion and kindness, and clarified truth to them.

On January 4^th, 2002 on the lunar calendar, Kou Xiaoping joined other Falun Dafa practitioners on a group hunger strike to protest the evil persecution. After four days, police force-fed them. Many Falun Dafa practitioners had strong reactions from these force-feeding. Their symptoms included purple marks on their finger and toe nails, their faces turning purple-blue, pains in their internal organs, not being able to turn over on the bed, and needing help to get up or walk. Later on Kou Xiaoping was sent to hospital for emergency treatment. Two days later, she passed away. Kou Xiaoping left her mother, parents-in-law, a 15 years old son, and husband behind. Soon after Kou Xiaoping was persecuted to death, her sister Kou Xiaokun was also tortured to death in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp.
