Editors' Note: Each time we publish news of this nature, we do so with heavy hearts. These people started off as public servants, but under the intense pressure applied by the Jiang regime, they were pushed into persecuting Dafa disciples. In the process of destroying the lives of kind, law-abiding citizens, they have sealed their own fates and inevitably faced karmic retribution as punishment. If it weren't for Jiang's wicked orders, perhaps their fates would have been different.

Liu Zhengsheng, the vice mayor of Jiangjin City, Chongqing, participated in persecuting Falun Dafa and Falun Dafa practitioners. Once he called the principal of Jiangjin City No. 1 High School three times within half a day to order him to take back the unused classroom in which retired teachers practiced the exercises. When the police of Jiangjin City prepared to burn the first batch of confiscated Dafa books and tapes in 1999, Liu was the first to light the fire. He viciously assisted in the persecution of Dafa.

After several months of this behavior, one night he was driving back to Yongchuan City and there was a great thunderstorm. He crashed his car and was killed on a highway near Yongchuan City. The mayor of Jiangjin City ordered each town in the area to send tributes. Each town sent 30,000 Yuan, and they were preparing for a big funeral. Jiangjin City was running out of wreaths. Right in the middle of this un-rivaled event, the higher authorities sent a notice that over 5000 grams of heroin had been discovered under his car, and therefore all his illegally acquired money and other properties were confiscated.
