Clarifying the Truth by Telephone: Each of Our Words Represents Dafa

(Clearwidom.net) When I was in Texas recently, one time I dialed an overseas Chinese woman and asked her viewpoint on Falun Gong. This woman said: "Do not mention Falun Gong in front of me. Otherwise, I will sue you." I said: "Please listen to me and let me finish my words and then it will not be too late to sue me." I thanked her for organizing a Chinese people's association, which provides an environment for making friends and reducing the stress of living in a foreign country. Then she talked about her idea for initially organizing the association and the development of it until today. Then she asked me: "How do you have an interest in Falun Gong?" I said: "Someone gave me a copy of Zhuan Falun, told me that it is a very good book, and hoped I would read it. After I began reading, I felt completely relaxed and I could not put it down. Zhuan Falun was like a warm current to benefit me and help me get out of the maze and life's puzzles. After people study and practice Falun Gong, their bodies will be in the optimum condition. This is also one of the reasons why it attracts many experts and scholars." Our conversation took only half an hour. Finally she exclaimed in surprise: "Oh, I see. I had been confused about why these well-educated people would learn Falun Gong. Thank you for making a call to me. I am very busy now. I cannot discuss with you too long. If you like, please call me at eight tonight again. I am willing to chat with you further."

In the process of clarifying the truth, one person told me: "You are a very good person. Your words make people feel very comfortable. But some [practitioners] are not like this. When they talk, it sounds like only practitioners are good people, and people who do not learn Falun Gong must be bad people." I said, "Possibly they were too anxious and wanted to tell you the benefits they received from Falun Gong. They spoke in a hurry, which made you not understand. Anything has a process. Please forgive us for the deficiency in this process." Every time when I spoke like this, they could understand.

People can feel the compassion of Dafa practitioners through our expressions and our voices. For these people, each of our words represents Dafa. If we can pay attention to this, consider the question from the standpoint of being responsible to the Fa, and remain full of great aspirations while at the same time minding details, we can certainly do better in Fa-rectification.
