Falun Gong Practitioners Dai Zhizhen and Wang Yuzhi Tell of Their Personal Experiences at Taiwan Falun Dafa Conference (Photo)

Ms. Dai Zhizhen and her daughter clarify the truth, Ms. Wang Yuzhi shares her experience of being unlawfully detained and tortured

Falun Gong practitioners Dai Zhizhen and Wang Yuzhi arrived in Taiwan to attend the Taiwan Falun Dafa Fa Conference held on December 29, 2002. On December 27, they attended a press conference to tell the people of Taiwan about the persecutions imposed upon them by Jiang's regime.

Ms. Dai Zhizhen learned of the death of her husband Chen Zhiyong from Clearwisdom Net. She recalled, "I was trembling at that moment." However, like her husband had done, Dai Zhizhen courageously takes the path of justice with their daughter. She said, "My daughter lost her father. As a mother, if I don't speak out for her, who else will? I traveled all over the world with my daughter to continue to tell people what my husband wanted to say: Falun Dafa is good!"

The Canadian government successfully rescued Ms. Wang Yuzhi last month from the United Arab Emirates to Canada. Ms. Wang, who had lived in Harbin, said she was given a new life because of practicing Falun Gong. Since China suppressed Falun Gong in 1999, Ms.Wang has been stepping forward to appeal for Falun Gong and clarify the truth. She had been illegally detained three times, but she did not yield to the persecution. She refused to admit she had done anything wrong by practicing Falun Gong, and refused to sign any guarantee to give up her cultivation.

When Ms. Wang was detained at Wanjia Forced Labor Camp, her health suffered tremendously due to long-term force-feedings through a tube. Ms. Wang said, "They all said I was finished, but I recovered through continuous practice of Falun Dafa exercises."

Ms. Dai and Ms. Wang attended the Taiwan Falun Dafa Fa Conference held on December 29 at Taiwan University Stadium and shared their cultivation experiences. Taiwan Falun Dafa Association welcomed all people to come and join the event.
