Stories of Saving People

(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Ying has been supplying Dafa materials for two years. Although her job and this work keep her busy, her daily Fa study and her daily practicing the exercises have never ceased. Especially with the speeding up of the Fa rectification process in the past 6 months, more and more practitioners have been stepping forward to distribute Dafa truth clarifying materials, which are always running short. Ms. Ying devotes all of her time to Fa rectification work, but no matter how busy she is, she never misses her time for reading the Fa and sending forth righteous thoughts, which she does in a peaceful manner. She utilizes every opportunity to clarify the truth, any time and any place. After Teacher's lecture in Florida was published, she gained a clearer understanding about clarifying the truth and saving everyday people thoroughly and in broader range. She said when discussing with fellow practitioners, "The evil is going to be eliminated completely soon. The world's people are waking up. We as Dafa practitioners must set aside our egos completely and try our best to save sentient beings." Below are some short stories of her clarifying the truth. We present them here to share with all practitioners.

1. Vegetable Merchant: "I have not gotten any Dafa material yet!"

One day Ms. Ying went to a farmers market to clarify the truth. Ms. Ying chatted with several vegetable merchants. Someone asked about the April 25 incident and someone else said, "I have been wondering about the Tiananmen self-immolation event." After Ms. Ying clarified the truth, everyone who heard understood that it is actually the government playing a drama.

Another person asked, "Is it true that Master Li changed his birthday?" He had barely finished speaking when another retailer replied loudly, "That is a rumor! Their teacher was my classmate in junior high school. He is tall and handsome. We were both born in 1951, the Year of the Rabbit. The TV program is telling lies!" After hearing this, all the retailers and shoppers surrounded Teacher's former classmate and Ms. Ying. At this moment it seemed the air was frozen, everyone quietly listening as Ms. Ying, in a calm and peaceful tone, clarified the truth of Falun Dafa and exposed the crime of Jiang's persecution of Dafa practitioners..

Finally Ms. Ying took out small red packages containing Dafa truth materials and distributed them to everyone. A merchant standing in his stall far away

ran out and said, "I have not got one yet!"

Looking at these lives that were saved and thinking of Teacher's great compassion, Ying stepped faster on her way to save worldly people.

2. Taxi Driver: "I have waited for so long. This is what I have longed for!"

One day Ying took a taxi to a lawyer's office to clarify the truth. She chatted with the driver all the way. From the concept that Falun Gong is a Buddha school cultivation system to the reality that Jiang uses the government to frame and slander Falun Gong, their conversation was very harmonious. Finally the driver said, "Whatever CCTV News or Focus (both are the programs of CCTV that fabricate many rumors about Falun Gong) broadcast, I would not believe even if they predicted rain during a thundershower! During the 1989 student movement, I also wanted to go to Beijing. But my family was scared and did not let me go. My classmate went and was dismissed by the school after coming back. In Beijing he saw personally that when two journalists wanted to publicize the truth that the government cracked down on students by using force, a plainclothes policeman shot them to death instantly and then they framed the students, claiming that a student had robbed a gun and shot these two journalists to death. You see how black hearted the Party is!" The driver continued to say, "The Party is just like this! Now they are persecuting Falun Gong, so they frame Falun Gong with killing and suicide. Whoever dares to speak the truth will be killed. This is the traditional way of the Party." Hearing these words, Ying applauded from her heart for this driver who had such righteous thoughts.

When Ying got out of the taxi, she tried to pay the driver. He did not accept the money right away but said humorously, "You gave something to the other drivers when you took their taxis. Will you also give me something?" Ying was tickled by his words and said, "Sure! Sure! I cannot forget you!" and passed him a CD. But the driver still did not seem satisfied, asking," Is there anything else?" Ying replied, "What else do you want?" The driver said, "You take my taxi for the first time and give me this. I am very grateful to you already. How can I ask anything else? But as you know, there are 27 to 28 thousand taxis in Changchun, so isn't it a predestined relationship that you took my taxi? I do not know whether I will ever see you again in the future." Looking at his sincere and innocent face, Ying felt very happy for this awakening life. She said, "Tell me, what do you want? I will try my best to satisfy you." The driver was glad and said, "I just want a set of Falun Gong books and materials." Then he gave Ying his telephone number.

A few days later, when Ying put Zhuan Falun into his hands, he said excitedly, "I have waited for so long. This is what I have longed for!"

3. Taxi Driver: "Such good truth-clarifying materials, the wider they spread, the better."

One day, Ying took a taxi home. While chatting with the driver, the topic turned to Falun Gong. The driver raised some questions. Ying answered them one by one. The driver sighed with emotion, "I have heard that the truth of Falun Gong has been made into a CD and that the contents are very good. But I have not had the opportunity to get one." When Ying left the taxi, she took out a set of truth clarifying CDs and gave it to the driver. The driver was as happy as a child. He clapped his hands and kept saying, "Thank you! Thank you!" But then, with embarrassment, he said, "One set is not enough." Ying asked, "How many do you want?" The driver said, "You see, I have so many relatives. To circulate one set is too slow. How long it will take for all of them to see it. You'd better give me seven sets." Ying was deeply moved to see an ordinary person with such righteous thoughts. She replied instantly, "OK, I will go and get them. Can you wait for me?" The driver answered nicely, "This is righteous business. I will wait no matter how long it takes."

When Ying handed the CDs to him, the driver said, "Excellent! I will give one set to each of my relative's family and ask them to pass amongst themselves. Such good truth materials, the wider they spread, the better." When Ying gave the taxi fee to him, the driver said gratefully, "You give me such good things. I do not know how to thank you. I will not take this money." Ying replied with a smile, "You must take it. Clarifying the truth and saving worldly people is what our Teacher asks us to do. You pass the CD to other people, you are also saving people. If you want to thank someone, thank our Teacher!" The driver kept nodding, "Right! Right! Thanks! Thanks!"

Watching the car disappear into the curtain of night, Ying sighed with emotion. Teacher's words in the Florida lecture greeted her eyes, "Suppose an ordinary, everyday person who isn't a Dafa disciple tells another everyday person, 'Don't persecute Falun Gong,' and tells him in what ways Falun Gong is good, and from that point on the other person really stops persecuting Falun Gong; after he makes up for what he did, it's quite possible he'll enter the future, and it's possible that he'll obtain the Fa when the Fa rectifies the human world; and since his being came from a high place he'll be able to cultivate quickly, so because his Consummation is directly related to the person who told him about the truth back then, even that ordinary, everyday person, I think, will reach Consummation. You see the idea, right?" The mighty virtue of Dafa, the vast compassion of Teacher, the awakening of worldly people made Ying's tears flow down her cheeks.
