You Guoqi, a villager in Langfang City, Hebei Province, used to destroy Dafa banners quite often. After he contracted a serious lung disease, he realized that he had done something wrong and asked for a Dafa book to read.

Zhang Jianyong of Yangzhuang Village in Langfang City, Hebei Province had appendicitis on the same day he had slandered Dafa. After he watched a Dafa truth videodisc, he said that he would correct his mistakes.

Bao Chunxia, a resident in Rong City, Shandong Province, assisted in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners after being brainwashed in a labor camp. Her family members suffered immediate retributions one after another. Her mother had an attack of an old illness; her brother-in-law died of uremia and her father was so sick that he had to have surgery. On February 28, 2002, Bao Chunxia rode a motorcycle and crashed into a tree. Both of her ears were bleeding and she died soon after.

Zhou Jianmin, a "collaborator" of Haidian Shuangyushu district, Beijing City, helps to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. He even sent his own son to a brainwashing class. When one practitioner refused to write a "promise statement" (of giving up Falun Gong), Zhou grabbed her hand and forced her to sign her name. Later, Zhou's arms were swollen and painful and the pain and swelling did not go away for several days.
