Thank you very much for your recent email message. I appreciate you taking the time to bring these facts to my attention.

As you already know, members of the Canadian Alliance caucus have spoke out against the actions being taken against followers of Falun Gong. The Canadian Alliance supports the rights of individuals to express themselves and to follow the spiritual guidance of their choice.

I am saddened to learn of any kind of literature that may incite hatred or prejudice against any form of spiritual expression. I am hopeful that the case that you mentioned is resolved in an expedient manner.
