Record of Criminal Behavior by Police at the Anzhen Police Station in Chaoyang District, Beijing

(Clearwisdom.net) For nearly two and half years, the Anzhen police station and the "610 Office" [a bureau specifically created by the Chinese government to persecute Falun Gong. It has absolute power over each level of administration in the Party, as well as over the political and judiciary branches] in Chaoyang District in Beijing have continued to escalate their persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners. The station head Zhang Liang (86-139-01179358) and Han Bo are the leaders who, together with policeman Wang Qingli (86-139-01246405), have repeatedly committed criminal activities.

For more than two years, policeman Wang Qingli has cruelly persecuted Dafa practitioners. For his personal benefit, he has closely monitored Dafa practitioners by any means necessary. He ordered local officers, residential committees, and work units with practitioners to follow and illegally monitor them, their family members and friends, including listening to their private phone calls. He also asked those work units to provide money, personnel and vehicles to support his criminal acts.

Wang Qingli enters Dafa practitioner's homes whenever he wants to. He recently harassed and arrested ten Dafa practitioners for no reason. He has also forced Dafa practitioners to go through brainwashing classes. If practitioners refused to give up Dafa, he would not release them. He cruelly tortured the firm practitioners behind closed doors. He would not allow their family members to visit them. He also lied to their family members so they would have no idea of the actual situation of the practitioners in detention.

To persecute local Dafa practitioners who have been forced into homelessness, they broke into people's houses at will and made threatening phone calls to family members, making their lives very difficult. However, they cannot speak out about this injustice. The police even followed these family members and forcibly searched their homes without warrants or legal procedure. The police would enter anyone's home by using a master key.

The police would not even stop harassing children. From elementary school, middle school to college, as long as they are local Dafa practitioners' children, the police would never leave them alone. In order to firmly practice Dafa, the parents of these children were forced to be homeless. The poor kids have already suffered from missing parents. However, the police frequently go to the schools to pressure the school authorities and try to force the children to reveal their parents whereabouts. This has placed a great strain on the children and caused a lot of mental anguish.

Just before the Spring Festival, in order to carry out a secret order from the city police station and the city "610 office," these thugs mobilized enormous manpower and equipment, and together with the cooperation of the local office, the street residential office, and each work unit, searched everywhere for homeless Dafa practitioners. They set up private courts, cursed practitioners, took turns interrogating the practitioners continuously, and threatened family members, trying to pressure them to reveal the whereabouts of these practitioners. They exerted great pressure on those ordinary people who are not practitioners.

Good will be rewarded with good, and evil will be met with evil. If evil people can change their ways, then there is still a chance for them.
