Four Short Stories

We can often get pretty good results using a minor matter to clarify the truth.

I live in a rural area. My neighbor's duck laid an egg at my place, so I gave the egg back to my neighbor.

When the evil scoundrels fabricated the rumors against Dafa, I told them the story of my delivering the egg back to the owners of the duck. I also told them that I am a Dafa practitioner. I won't keep other people's eggs, let alone steal their cattle. They wholeheartedly agreed with my words and realized that the Chinese Central Television Station was fabricating stories.

1. One night around 10:00 P.M. in mid-September 2001 I heard noises. Two or three police cars with more than a dozen police officers were outside my house. I was a little panicked at that moment. After two minutes I calmed myself down and started sending righteous thoughts. I said: Teacher, please do not let them enter my house! I have a lot of Dafa materials. I sent forth righteous thought to prevent them from entering the house. The wicked police left after they failed to find the door.

2. On November 7, 2001, a practitioner asked me to come to her house. The moment I entered her house, police cars with more than a dozen officers arrived. We hid in the bathroom and sent forth righteous thoughts at the same time. The police came to find some practitioners and yet they left without us, confused and angry.

A family on a street that some practitioner often passed by has a parrot. One day, the practitioner suddenly wanted to teach the parrot to say, "Falun Dafa is good!" The practitioner taught the parrot only twice, and ever since the parrot always says to people that "Falun Dafa is good! Falun Dafa is good!"

Recently, a county was showing a drama to defame and slander Dafa. Local government personnel ordered Dafa practitioners from this county to watch the drama. Almost no Dafa practitioners were present. The audience consisted mainly of local government officials and people designated to substitute for Dafa practitioners. The local government officials with compassionate hearts discussed privately, "It is said to ask the practitioners to watch the drama. What should we do if the practitioners in our area were arrested afterwards?" This seemingly minor good conduct has helped them to lay a good foundation for their wonderful future lives.
