Short Stories on the Power of Righteous Thoughts

1. A practitioner intended to remove a poster that defamed Dafa when he saw it in a company building. However, there was a person standing in front of it and he did not seem to want to leave at first. But, after the practitioner sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil behind him, he left immediately. The practitioner then took his time and destroyed the poster.

2. A few practitioners found that some streets had posters defaming Dafa and decided to eliminate them. Then it occurred to them: "Why not go and tell the truth to those who displayed the posters?" So two of the practitioners went directly into the office to tell them the truth while the others sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil forces behind the situation.

In the beginning, the chief in the office, aside from his initial shock, did not get it. Practitioners took their time explaining to him why and how Dafa is good, and told him that the evil posters that they were forced to make by Jiang Zemin were all fabrications and slanders. Then, they told him the heavenly principle of one's reaping what one sows, plus some examples of people receiving retribution after doing bad deeds. The chief said helplessly at the end: "I was only carrying out orders; what could I do?" The practitioner told him kindly: "These types of orders are pushing you and other misled people into hell. How can one execute such orders? Heaven will not tolerate anyone who slanders Gods or Buddhas. Anyone doing so will definitely be punished." After the conversation, the practitioners were ready to tear down the posters. But the wind suddenly blew heavily and the posters were gone before they could get to them.
