Harbin Daily: Harbin City Is Suffering from Severe Drought

(Clearwidom.net)

On March 15 2002, the Harbin Daily published an article on the front page entitled, "Harbin City Is Suffering from Severe Drought."

This article says: "Since 1999, our city has experienced a lack of rain for 3 consecutive years. Last year our annual rainfall for the whole city was 32% less than that of previous years, breaking the record as being at the lowest point for the past 40 years. The volume of rain in a majority of cities (counties) has reached its lowest point in history. The reduction of natural rainfall annually has caused a severe deficiency of ground water, underground water and water in the soil. For the time being, both large and small rivers have almost all diminished to their lowest water levels in history. Water levels in 173 water reservoirs is 1.7 billion cubic meters less than last year when water was then considered to be deficient. Of the 13,000 ponds in the cities, 7,200 have dried up. The underground water level has dropped by 0.5 meter to 2 meters compared with the same period last year when the level was the lowest in history. As for the degree of humidity in the earth, most of the uneven and flat areas have experienced drought, and the layer of dry earth in cities like Shuangcheng is now 10 centimeters deep."

Since Jiang's political gang started persecuting Falun Gong, China has experienced non-stop catastrophes. We find that places where Falun Gong is persecuted more brutally have more catastrophes and the people suffer more . The drought itself is only a warning message to people in the world. Hopefully wise people will wake up!
