Voice of America (VOA) reported on April 4 that about fifty Falun Gong practitioners have filed a lawsuit in the United States Federal Court against the Jiang regime for the intimidation of, and criminal activities against Falun Gong practitioners in United States. The litigation statement enumerates more than sixty persecution incidents. Included among them were that a Chinese newspaper was intimidated to not publish Falun Gong articles, a bookstore was coerced not to sell Falun Gong books, and Chinese organizations were pressured not to invite Falun Gong to attend their activities, all due to threats made by the defendants. In the litigation statement, Falun Gong practitioners asked the United States Federal Court to order the defendants to cease these illegal activities. A Falun Gong spokesman said that lawsuits against the Chinese officials would send a warning that the officials will bear the consequences if they cause illegal acts to be committed in the United States in their attempts to suppress Falun Gong.
The Central News Agency reports that in Taiwan, on April 6, Guangzhou Daily published two of the Falun Gong founder's articles entitled, "The Catastrophe" and "The Cleansing," and that the editors for this page have already been detained by the Chinese authorities. Wenhui Daily reported this incident and said that Guangzhou Daily had published the above two articles in full text as an appendix.
Practitioners' Discussion
In response to practitioners' discussions of the thoughts behind "Solemn Statements," a solemn statement is very important and necessary for those practitioners who have made grave mistakes. Since it is the only opportunity that our mighty and benevolent Teacher gives us to address these transgressions against Falun Gong, "solemn statements" should be treated with the utmost seriousness, and be deeply cherished. If we have not resolved the sources of those mistakes, and our hearts have not returned to the standard of a practitioner, then the statements will not be accepted and will remain unqualified, even though they may be very firmly stated. The solemn statement is only the first step toward giving up an evil path, returning to righteousness and once again melting into the mighty current of Fa-rectification.
Group Fa study is a good environment to cultivate ourselves in the Fa. Teacher left us a form for cultivation, an important guarantee for us to truly become Fa rectification particles and being diligent in the Fa. Some practitioners in China broke through layer after layer of barriers in a terrible environment, hold Fa study and experience exchange activities at set or impromptu times, and every one of the practitioners is diligent in their cultivation of Dafa.
Spreading the Fa on the Internet: use the electronic book to thoroughly clarify the truth. The advantages of spreading the Fa via the Internet are quite obvious: One of the advantages is that it's safe for overseas practitioners to send group emails; two, it reaches a great percentage of people; three, it's cheap and saves a lot of money, time and effort; four, it relays lots of information quickly. Many people right now are using the Internet and email. Furthermore, the majority of them are educated, important people in society. If we enable as many of them as possible to learn about the truth, the effect of the evil's propaganda will be greatly reduced.
I was arrested when I went to validate Dafa before January 1. I realized that deep in my heart I still acknowledged the old forces. This was the most important lesson for me, and it was humiliating. I firmly believed that I could walk out and this time I completely negated the evil's arrangement from the depths of my heart. Teacher controls everything. Teacher looks only at our hearts. That same night I walked out of the demon's den in an open and aboveboard manner.

Today 133 people posted their solemn statements on the website of Falun Dafa, invalidating their words and actions committed under the great pressure of brainwashing and torture that did not comply with the requirements of Falun Dafa. They said that they would make up for the losses by clarifying the truth of Falun Dafa to the people of the world and keep up with the Fa-rectification.
Practitioner Hu Huoxiang from Qinglong county, Qinhuangdao city, Hebei province, was arrested three times and sent to forced labor camp for validating Dafa. He was persecuted to death on January 28, 2002. The responsible units for his death are: Qinglong County Public Security Bureau (Tel: 86-335-786-2130), Qinhuangdao City Detention Center (Tel: 86-335-306-2419), General Office of People's Government of Hebei Province (Tel: 86-311-704-635), and Hebei Province Public Security Office (Tel: 86-311-303-3941-2200).
Director Chen Xianrong and vice director Wang Chengbin of the State Security Brigade of the Public Security Bureau of Anyue District, Sichuan Province, kidnap, follow, arrest Dafa practitioners, search their houses and confiscate their property. More than 30 practitioners of the county have been illegally detained and fined; 19 practitioners have been sent to forced labor camps; 2 practitioners have been sent to mental hospitals; more than 10 practitioners have been kidnapped and sent to the brainwashing class to be persecuted.
On March 22, 2002, Shouguang City Public Security Bureau came to my workplace to kidnap me. I lost them and left there safely under Teacher's protection. My cellular phone, PDA, car, notebook computer, printer, several deposit receipts and over 1000 yuan cash were robbed. Now my pregnant wife and I are homeless, still a part the mighty torrent of the Fa-rectification.

Sincere Advice, a Good Suggestion and a Warning To Those Vicious Criminals Who Are Still Persecuting Falun Gong Practitioners: If we examine each political movement along the course of history, among those who focused only on their personal benefits at the moment and served as tools to persecute others, which of them ended up with a good future? Many of the thugs and criminals who acted according to orders during the Cultural Revolution were tried and executed secretly after the Cultural Revolution.

Three Dafa Disciples Went To Beijing To Validate Dafa: Female Dafa disciple A shouted, "Falun Dafa is Good!" and she returned safely the same day. "Punches and kicks do little to change people's hearts," (The Chill of Autumn's Winds) I was persecuted only several months after I obtained Dafa. On December 11th, 2000 my mother was arrested for spreading Falun Gong materials. On December 25th, 2002 I went to Beijing to appeal and was arrested on the way. I was brutally beaten and also fined by the government officials and the police. I was illegally detained for over 8 months and released only after the police could not extort any more money from my family.
