The National Security Task Force of the Police substation in Central District Leshan City, Sichuan Province is the principal unit instrumental in the persecutions of Falun Gong. In the last several years, it has been responsible for the illegal arrest and detention of hundreds of Falun Gong practitioners. Many police officers were involved in the ransacking of practitioners' homes, and the destruction of large number of books and materials. They extorted and seized the practitioners' money. They illegally sent dozens of Falun Gong practitioners to forced labor camps to be brainwashed.

In early April 2002, three police officers from this unit again took a female practitioner to Nanmusi Labor Camp in Zizhong City. On the way back, they were involved in a car accident. The instructor of the National Security Task Force, Yang Guangyao, male, 47 years old died on the scene. Ding Yang, male, over 30 years old, broke his foot and has been in a semi-comatose state in the hospital since. Li Juan, female, twenty some years old, broke her hand and sustained internal injuries. Insiders understood very well that their fate was the result of retributions.

Policeman Shi Shuping, male, about 40 years old from Angu Township police station, Leshan City, has been instrumental in arresting Falun Gong practitioners, ransacking their homes and destroying books and materials. In August 2001, he was discharged from public duty and jailed for colluding with organized crime.

We strongly urge people like them to change their evil ways, or else it will be too late to regret.

Second level unit secretary Li Yunfeng from Daqing Mineral Prospecting Company in Heilongjiang Province harbored hatred towards Dafa. He declared that he did not believe in the heavenly law of retribution. He threatened Dafa practitioners and their family members, and helped the tyrant to do evil. He received retribution recently. He suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and ended up in a hospital.

Gao Tianding, male, over 50 years old, is a teacher at Longdong High School. After July 20, 1999, he aggressively collaborated with his superiors to monitor Dafa practitioners working at the school. In 2000, he asked students to work on current-event topics that slandered Falun Dafa. Soon after that, he suffered severe episodes of hypertension. For a long time he could not teach class due to dizziness, and he has yet to recover. The school's convenience store that he had invested in suddenly caught fire and suffered severe damage.
