I am extremely happy to find out about the liberation of Zhao Ming, and, as you can imagine, the happy outcome of this matter brings me great relief.

The fact of having been able to contribute to the success of the remarkable efforts provided by your association is also very agreeable to me. You, as you know, have acquired my help, and you will always find me at your side in the meritorious battle that you carry forth for the respect of human rights.

I would be greatly pleased to meet Zhao Ming. My use of time, particularly during this electoral period, does not permit me to suggest a date to you at this time, but doing so in the future will not be forgotten.

In this way, I wish you, Sirs, Madam, all the best.
