Central News Agency journalist Lu Jianhui reported from Hong Kong on June 26: The Hong Kong - Based Information Center for Human Rights & Democratic Movements in China (hereinafter referred to as "the Center") said that several official television programs controlled by the CCP were recently interrupted with Falun Gong messages proclaiming the goodness of Falun Gong. Right now, the Chinese government is tightly blocking related information.

According to the Center, at about 7:10 pm on June 23rd, in several counties including Laiyang County in Shandong Province, the third channel of CCTV program (mainly for music and opera) was suddenly interrupted. A banner reading, "Falun Dafa is good" appeared on the screen and lasted about 15 minutes.

According to the Center, the Police Department of the central government was shocked by this, and ordered a follow up investigation in Shandong Province. However, at around 8:00 pm yesterday, both the first and fifth channels of a CCTV program were replaced by a banner reading, "Falun Dafa is good" for five seconds in some places in Yantai, Shandong Province.

According to the Center, this case has not been solved yet.

The Center said that according to professionals, the interception on June 23rd was targeting "Xingluo First" (the satellite the government uses to transmit TV programs). It was said that to cover such a large area of hundreds of square kilometers, the antenna needed to be at least 3 meters long.
