Brutal Torture Of Practitioners Continues at Beijing's Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp

(Clearwisdom.net) Early last year, Lu Changjun, a Falun Dafa practitioner from Heilongjiang Province, was beaten up by personnel in the Beijing Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp. He was beaten until his spine was fractured and he became paralyzed as a result. Following this terrible event, another vicious incident occurred recently wherein Lin Chengtao, a researcher at Xiehe Medical University, was tortured so severely that he became mentally unstable. In fact, since Jiang's regime "opened" Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp to the public, attempting to deceive the international community into believing that Falun Dafa practitioners are treated well in the camps, the persecution carried on inside the camp has not decreased at all. Instead, the persecution has become more insidious and brutal.

The following are some updates on the recent circumstances of Falun Dafa practitioners in the forced labor camp:

Mu Junkui, 30 years old, from Changchun City, Jilin Province. In an effort to induce him to renounce his belief in Falun Dafa, the police of the central training team used seven to eight electric batons to shock him continuously.

Liu Cheng, 20 years old, from Northern China. Due to his refusal to recite a statement defaming Falun Gong, he was beaten up by guard Ni Zhenxiong, of the second division, crippling his legs.

Zhu Zhiliang, 30 years old, from Jiangxi Province. He was shocked several times and brutally beaten. He suffered several months of torture from the central training team.

Hu Qianfeng, 30 years old, from Beijing. In order to force him to make a statement defaming Falun Dafa against his will, the inhumane guard restricted his sleep for several months. This is still going on today.

Gong Chengxi, 24 years old, is an undergraduate of China Politics and Law University. His imprisonment term was extended for 10 months. After one and a half years of brutal torture, he has become thin and emaciated.

Li Chunyuan, 40 years old, Korean, is a lecturer at Central Minority University. He was punished because of his refusal to recite materials slandering Falun Dafa. He is facing an extension of his prison term. This was a common method that the forced labor camp usually deployed. They intentionally forced practitioners to recite materials slandering Dafa. If the practitioners refuse to recite the defamatory material, authorities extend the term of imprisonment. Zhao Ming's imprisonment term was extended using the same method.

Yu Ming, 30 years old, from Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. Since he refused to comply with the instigation of the lawless police, he was sent to the central training team. His family was prohibited from visiting him.

Zhai Cenghan, 66 years old, is a veteran policeman in Beijing. The lawless police in the forced labor camp did not spare him, despite the fact that he was their senior. They used similar high-pressure methods of harassment on this old man to force a statement [opposing Falun Dafa] against his will.

Besides these cases, there were many steadfast Falun Dafa practitioners, such as Fang Yingwen and Lu Weidong, who suffered mental and physical tortures. Along with the lawless police, "collaborators" [ex-practitioners who gave up their belief in Falun Dafa after being brainwashed] took turns torturing the steadfast practitioners in the sealed off brainwashing rooms inside the forced labor camp over long and harsh periods of time.

We beseech all practitioners who are not imprisoned to send forth righteous thoughts more frequently to eliminate all the evil that is persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners in Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp.
