Torture Death of Female Dafa Practitioner Wang Jinling in the Mancheng County Detention Center, Hebei Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Wang Jinling, female, was a 53-year-old Dafa practitioner from Mancheng County, Hebei Province. On April 26, 2002, she was kidnapped by thugs from the township government while visiting her friend's home. On July 6, 2002, Wang Jinling was tortured to death at the county detention center. Her body had bruises and there was blood on the corner of her mouth. Following are the details.

On April 26, 2002, Wang Jinling went to the home of Zhao Fuqin, who lives in Lizhuang Village, Baolong Township. The two families were good friends. Wang Jinling was going to give Zhao Fuqin a present for her son's wedding on May 1^st. However, some thugs from the township government kidnapped several practitioners, including Wang Jinling, Zhao Fuqin and Chen Baoxiang.

On July 6, 2002, Wang Jinling, a widow, passed away in the county detention center due to severe torture. On July 8, her family received a death notice. On July 11, Wang Jinling's daughter and son were allowed to take a hasty look at her body at the Baoyangshan Crematory in Mancheng County. The body lay on its face with two arms stretched out. There were black and blue marks on the body.

People familiar with Wang Jinling knew that she was very healthy. However, she was tortured to death within a short period of 70 days. What really took place in the detention center awaits further investigation.
