Hainan Province's "610 Office" Personnel and Police Officers Abduct Falun Dafa Practitioners without Regard for the Law

(Clearwisdom.net) Hainan's "610 Office" staff [An agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems] and police, as well as agents from the National Security Bureau frenziedly arrested Dafa practitioners during Hainan Falun Dafa Day on March 9. Following that, since May 13, World Falun Dafa Day, they have intensified the persecution. These people focused on monitoring Dafa practitioners' work units and residences. Currently, it's known that almost all Dafa practitioners in Qionghai City and Baoting County have been arrested and detained. In Haikou City, Dafa practitioners Yuan Hong, Lao He, Xiao Wang, Liu Yinfeng, Lin Zhuoqing, Zhen Xiufang, and others were kidnapped and confessions were extorted by torture. When a special group from the police department illegally detained Xiao Wang in a hotel and tried to force a confession from him, he made the window of the restroom open with powerful righteous thoughts, broke out of the room and returned to the current of Fa-rectification.

Haikou City's Sanye Medicine Corporation employee, Dafa practitioner Ms. Lin Zhuoqing, was at work, when suddenly, a group of police officers and company security personnel came to monitor her. Six to seven police officers and security personnel always followed Lin, who is a kind and upright person. They followed her wherever she went, whether taking her meals or using the toilet. Her colleagues said that no wonder the security of the society is so bad now. It appears that all these police, instead of solving criminal cases, are dispatched to watch over these good citizens who obey the law and behave themselves. On June 18, about one month after Lin Zhuoqing had been restrained and lost her personal freedom, these officers who watched over her, openly kidnapped her in front of the employees of the entire factory and sent her to a detention center for interrogation. Police also kidnapped Dafa practitioner Liu Yinfeng to a detention center by suddenly rushing into her workplace. She was made to wear the heaviest handcuffs and shackles, not allowed to eat and sleep, and was brutally tortured. She is a single parent with a daughter. Her daughter has no one to depend on and no one to look after her now. When Qionghai City Dafa practitioner Ms. Fu Kemiao went to buy several items in the market, she was suddenly attacked and beaten by several police who jumped down from a squad car. They beat her with fists and kicked her. Many parts of her body were injured and her glasses were smashed. The officers then abducted her, carried her to the vehicle and detained her at the Qionghai Detention Center. She has not yet been released. Fu Kemiao's husband is studying in the US. Her small son is at home. Now he has lost his mother, and the situation is very difficult. Fu Kemiao's friends called and questioned the police why they illegally arrested people. The authorities from the Qionghai Police Department said it was because Ms. Fu exposed the Qionghai City Government, the "610 Office" and police's persecution against her on the Internet. We hope Fu Kemiao's husband at the other side of the ocean can stop the vicious conduct of all Qionghai authorities through proper legal methods in that democratic country, so his wife can get an early, unconditional release.

Since the middle of June, the police became more frantic, using all available means to persecute Dafa practitioners. They have abducted Dafa practitioners on a large scale to brainwashing classes. "610 Office" members threatened and forced Dafa practitioners' companies to pay 20,000 Yuan, and ordered the companies to force practitioners' families to pay another 10,000 Yuan to the "610 Offices." Then they waited for the opportunity to deceive practitioners to a brainwashing class. The extorted 30,000 Yuan was claimed to be "tuition." Almost 100% of all companies defied these demands, with the result being that the company leaders immediate received threats from the "610" Office, the group that is outside the law, that surpasses the law, the government and all organizations. They told the companies, "We'll close down your business; we'll make you lose your job."

In the middle of June, Dafa practitioners Deng Lin and Tan Nini, both company leaders, suddenly received notice that all employees from every department must go to Sanya City for a holiday, with no exceptions. The company tour bus suddenly stopped when it arrived along the roads by the Hongdeng Lakeside, Qiongshan City, Hainan Province. A large group of "610 Office" members and police rushed up. They wanted to abduct them to the brainwashing class held by the Provincial Industry Workers Union. Deng Lin and Tan Nini didn't cooperate even if they were faced with death, and loudly condemned the evil scoundrels' despicable conduct. The thugs forcibly dragged Tan Nini onto the "610" vehicle and dragged Deng Lin away and took her to a forced labor camp. They sentenced her to forced labor without following any proper legal procedures. When Deng Lin's family members questioned the police about the evidence and procedures they used to suddenly send Deng Lin for forced labor, "610" personnel replied, "She is too stubborn." Realizing that the "610" agents and police do whatever they like, Deng and Tan's husbands, children and family members felt very sad, angry and indescribably bitter, but there was no way to sue them. These people happily sent off family members for a holiday. These good people didn't expect to have their happy families broken up without any valid reason.

On June 4, Dafa practitioner Zheng Xiufang was illegally arrested again, leaving Zheng's mother and daughter once more to face difficulties in making ends meet. The child is facing the problem of not being able to go to school; because of her detention, her mother is unable to work to pay for the child's tuition.
