(Clearwisdom.net) Since July 20, 1999, when the Jiang's regime launched the brutal campaign attempting to eliminate Falun Dafa, in Yushi City, many ridiculous cases were used to try to frame Falun Gong.

In early 2000, there were some conflicts over layoffs among grain depot system employees in Yushu City. Some people threatened to blow up the grain storage house. People with ulterior motives spread rumors to put the blame on Falun Gong practitioners. As a result, Yushi City's Party Secretary Li Wei assigned 3 to 5 persons to each of the 38 grain storage houses in Yushu City, and ordered them to "protect them with their lives."

At the end of September 2000, teachers in Yushi City's education system decided to go to Beijing to have a group appeal. Li Wei gave false information to the related department in Changchun City, claiming that it was a group of Falun Gong practitioners that were going together to Beijing to appeal. Consequently, several truckloads of Changchun City's riot police arrived at Yushu City, and beat people up on the train and in the train station. Among them, Guan Shuxia and some other employees in the Registration Office were severely hurt and hospitalized. As a result, the teachers in Yushu City went on a strike for 6 days, the train system stopped running for two days, and the bus transportation system was also sealed off. Eventually, many excellent teachers applied for jobs outside of Yushu City and left their hometown with bitter memories. In addition, the taxpayers in Yushu City had to spend hundreds of thousands of Yuan (the average monthly income of an urban worker is 500 Yuan) to cover the economic loss.

In late 2001, the No. 2 Experimental Elementary School heard a rumor from an unknown source that Falun Gong practitioners were going to blow up the school. Thus they assigned 6 teachers to guard the school gate for two months; strangers were forbidden to enter. There are so many schools in Yushu City. Who is deceitfully inciting hatred toward Falun Dafa?

The No. 2 water source in Yushu City is the main water supply for citizens' daily use. Before the Spring Festival of 2002, the related department and the water supply company hired some people to safeguard the water source. This could be considered as a normal administrative action. However, it was also used to frame Falun Gong as lies were fabricated that Falun Gong practitioners planned to poison the water source. The Public Safety Bureau didn't file a case or investigate this event.

In April 2002, the Jilin Province government fabricated a story that Falun Gong was going to kidnap 500 boys and 500 girls. Throughout the whole province residents were frightened and worried. The teachers told elementary school pupils that their parents needed to personally bring their children to school and then take them back home. As time went on, people were certain that it was an intentional frame up to incite hatred and fear of Falun Gong.

On May 19, 2002 (it was April 8 by the Chinese Lunar Calendar), the rumor that "5000 Falun Gong practitioners would set themselves on fire" mysteriously began to spread. At 3 a.m., all the police in Yushu City got up and sealed off every exit road from the city, until sunset, without seeing a single Falun Gong practitioner trying to get out. In rural areas, the relatives were told to monitor the Falun Gong practitioners and prevent them from leaving and keep them from conducting self-immolation. All the participating policemen felt foolish when it turned out to be a complete rumour.

Right now there is a lie being spread that Falun Gong will kidnap kids wearing the color red, whether they are boy or girls

In general, no matter where these rumors come from, the only purpose is to force-feed people with lies and to poison their minds, to mislead public opinion and justify Jiang's brutal persecution of Falun Gong.

Dafa practitioners Han Yuzhu (female) from Qingshan County and Wang Xianyou from Qingding County, Yushu City, were killed as a result of being force-fed. Dafa practitioner Yue Kai (male), 30 years old, employee of Yushu City's transportation company, was tortured nearly to death in the forced labor camp. Trying to shirk their responsibility, the labor camp officials extorted bail money from his relatives and forced them to take him home where he later died from his injuries he received from the authorities. Female Dafa practitioner from Yushu City, Li Shuying (Yue Kai's wife) is currently being detained at the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp of Changchun City, and suffers tremendously. She went on a hunger strike for more than a hundred days to protest the brutal persecution. In response, the labor camp detained two of her visiting brothers for 4 to 5 hours and forced them to sign a document stating that the labor camp is not responsible for any consequences resulting from Li Shuying's hunger strike. They were threatened that their personal freedom would be taken away if they refused to sign. The two non-practitioners were frightened and signed their names against their will. Many Dafa practitioners are detained in Changchun City's Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp, Weizigou Forced Labor Camp, Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp, Jilin Province's Yinmahe Forced Labor Camp, and other forced labor camps in Beijing, and they all suffer from inhuman treatment.

Here we seriously warn those Yushu City government officials who abuse their power: For the sake of other people and for your own sake, you need to think carefully and not be utilized as evil's tool to earn blood money at the expense of your own conscience and life, or to create endless karma for yourselves and your relatives.
